P & D Oxford House of Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford

So I placed a order on Thursday June 4th of 44$ I had a 20$ gift certificate that was suppose to be applied to my order. When I went to pick up my order the woman told me the total then I gave her my certificate and it had come to 24 $ I checked my bank statement today and noticed I was charged the full amount of 44$ So I called today around 1130 to clear this up and the woman on the phone was so RUDE to me kept insisting they are to busy for this right now and don’t have time ,she doesn’t k ow what to tell me , it was a week ago they would have to dig thru too much to see what happened , was some of the things I was being told over the phone,, the owner wouldn’t get on the phone to clear this up ! Then they proceeded to tell me they need proof of my transaction, I told her they never gave me a receipt, so she said I don’t know what to tell you we are too busy for this call back, which I insisted no this is the time I have now I can’t call back! Can we please clear this up now and then she said no and Hung the phone up in my face ! Such POOR customer service ! My family orders from here at least once a week. My family will never be ordering from here ever again. My step brother called to order a single pizza. He couldn't say the name of the pizza, the guy was getting all pissy with him, he messed up the name of it and giggled the guy got pissed off and hung up on him. So I called back and said I have an order for delivery he said to where I told him the address and he said no you guys aren't f** getting any tonight and hung up on me. That wasn't only just rude but that's not someone who should be working at a pizza place never mind answering phones if you don't know how to treat your customers. How do you know that he doesn't have problems or isn't autistic or something? He isn't but you never know who is on the other line so before you freak out...

Love this place ! I call here often and love the potato skin pizza .. that's my favorite. I've read many things then owners and crew have done for the community and I admire their kindness and dedication. What topped it off for me was ordering a large plain pizza with nothing on it so I could use for a dessert I was making. I expected to pay full price but when I got there he charged me 5$. I thought it was so kind of him to do that when he didn't need too. Everytime I pick up my orders I see him there. Every.single.time. He is truly a hard worker with a big heart always putting time and helping the community even after barely catching a break. Shout out to them. Everything is sooo yummy too !
