Shing jet doesn't respect their customers when asked why i only received 3 wings in a single order the owner stated that the wings are jumbo wings, I told him that the wings were regular size not jumbo and i should have gotten 4 wings in my order the owner hung the phone up on me but takes our money on a weekly basis when we order at least 70 dollars each visit when i brought the wings back he asked me how many were eaten and I told him I ate 1 instead of making things right he told me he would give me back my money and he took back the wings. They played the brocoli & garlic sauce so full that liquid seeped out all over the bag, and the rest of the items. Be CAUTIOUS if using the business: they only accept cash, and there is one chair in the eating area that’s literally falling apart. Has nails sticking out a solid inch. Take a look before you sit. Pointed the chair out to three employees, all acknowledged me then left the broken chair out to be accidentally sat in. Save your money and go down the street, much better option just by CVS. The food here is good. I think other than the lunch specials the prices are on the higher side for takeout. Note...the menu says open on Mondays but it is not. They are not the most friendly bunch. Even a bit arrogant. I only give it 3 stars because of the quality of the food. Otherwise I'd give it 2. I have been gone here due to convenience over the years but convenience is not worth it when you are not valued...
