El Fortin # 3 — Restaurant in Oxnard

I'm saying 3 for Atmosphere because of location. It's not the best part of town. It's a hole in the wall diamond. The food was good- I enjoyed the Black Mole with chicken, rice and tortillas. They offered more tortillas but I couldn't eat more or I would have taken them. My husband had the tlayuda plate with 3 meats. I had a taste and it was also good. Price a little higher than I would expect like everything else though. You won't be able to finish your plate so it's well worth the money. They also have a little shop where you can buy some Oaxacan/Mexican items. Oh! They also will ship some things to Mexico for you. They have 3 diff size boxes that you fill completely up and it's a set price. Really cool...
