Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Oxnard

Alright, so, despite my last 4 star review. I have to drop it to a 2 with a good reason. I came in on November 26th to get a meal after class. My first attempt was met with a, what I thought, was Soapy taste. I asked for a new order which they obliged. Unfortunately, my second order was heavier with the flavor. I was then a letter to identify it after having finished my Donut Holes. They apparently fried my food in the same oil that was exposed to the sugar coating of the donuts. The flavors do not mix and it is slightly appalling to do such a practice. I did not return my second attempt because it could not be fixed within a reasonable time.

As a second parter and a clarifier. I do still intend to return to this establishment in the future. Despite the 2 star rating, I still recommend going here. My experience may have been poor, but one sullied experience out of many decent to good experiences does not...

My family and I just gotten back to our hotel room and noticed they didn't give us 3 orders that we had ordered. We noticed 1 of the orders and had gone back but when we had gotten home we had an additional 2 orders missing and drinks completely wrong. My daughter had also told me when we were leaving the 2 women working were staring at us and laughing as we were driving away.
