I went yesterday to this Starbucks and I went to the drive through it took me like 25 minutes to get out of there; I pay with my credit card the cashier asked me if I wanted the receipt and I said no; they charged me $5.30 for 2 regular coffees; today I went in to save time it was no line at all and I had to wait like 10 minutes before someone help me, then I order the same coffee as yesterday, same size and she charge $8.50 and remember I pay $5.30 yesterday I did pay cash and she didn't give me receipt, then they make me wait another 25 minutes and I realized something was not right and I complain asking them if they were planing to give me my coffee the barista apologize to me and said there was no order being place and he give me my coffee, the cashier came to me apologizing too for the inconvenience and offer to me $4.00 card to fix the issue; I make my math and the $4.00 card is my own money because they charge me more today I wanted to go back and complain but they didn't give me receipt and I'm writing this review just to let everybody know be aware no matter the way you pay when they don't give you receipt be really careful. I'm making my mind thinking about what happen and something is not right and I would like for the manager be aware of the image of this store location...

After arriving, I was asked about my order and was told that they were still working on it and it would be ready soon and even showed me two empty cups. After 15 minutes, they asked me about my order again and tell me that its almost ready. At this point, the people in the store before me have been served, so I'm expecting my order soon. Now people who have walked in and placed order after me are starting to get their orders. So I ask about my order again and they tell me that they complete the order that they get them in. Now everyone has been served and they tell me that they don't have an order for Justin. Thats not the name that I gave them, nor was it even close to the name of my order. So again, and annoyed now, I tell them the order and she walks back and grab my order and tells me to have a good day. During my time there, some kids cup cracked open and poured a good amount of his drink over the counter. This poor kid had to ask for help and they didn't even clean up the mess. The kids mom came over and cleaned it up for him. I dont know what is wrong with the servers here, but this has to be some of the worse service I...

Which of course I said that’s fine. I can wait… It took around 10 or maybe eight minutes to make our drinks.. As well as when he gave me them, he put them all the way in front of him so I had to reach…. On top of that, I asked for straws and he just threw them at me… also I had a hot drink and I need one of those cardboard things to help me hold it because it’s hot…. Same thing with the straw, he just threw it on the side…. Very disrespectful… These three young men were just talking on the mic and Acting as if I can’t hear them whisper…… If you really don’t like your job, what do you work there?!?
