So nice to have a little wellness bar in downtown Pacifica! I stopped by and tried a "hella well" acai bowl as well as the strawberry date salad and both were delicious. The ladies hooked it up with some free bone broth which was AMAZING. I do miss having pastries and other sweet treats at this spot, but Golden Sol has done a great job and the place has good vibes. There's not a lot of seating available but you could always take your drinks/food down to enjoy the ocean breeze at the pier!

Amazing coffee and açaí bowls and this cold press fresh green juice machine was amazing! I’ve never seen blue almond butter until now… Blue Zones themed, family run and the coolest Non Alcoholic elixirs, spirits, NA wine, adaptongenic cocktails and more. I really want to check out the scene on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings. Stoked this has happened in Sharp Park!

Heard it was a Wellness place, went to check it out and OMG the place is soo cute, super clean and they have good wellness shots which I needed because I had a bad cold. Yes I wore a mask. Lol. I bought the Hells Acia bowl and now it’s my new favorite place to go to now. If you like Acia bowls try this place!!

Stopped in for coffee, a very kind gentleman agreed to sit with my 11.5 month old Golden Retriever outside. Nice woman behind counter said my dog was welcomed in, my dog doesn't have enough manners to go inside, yet! Ordered an Americano, kind woman asked if I'd like an ice cube in coffee, as it was way too hot to drink. Glad she was thinking as it was perfect!! Still hot, love LOVE my HOT black coffee. Without the 1 ice cube, I would have to wait for caffeine consumption! The other woman behind the counter was making a beautiful bowl.. not sure what it was but it looked delicious!!!! Going back this week to try !!!

The gentleman that sat with my dog volunteers with human society and he educated me on the correct walking leash for my dog and informed me of puppy classes!! Super grateful, as I just moved from Detroit!

We wanted to drive down to Pacifica from Auburn for just a get away and day of beach healing (the beach is so relaxing). Golden Sole was recommended to us for a healthy juice drink so we checked out this charming place. What a gem, the owner and daughter are a delight & so friendly, I felt like I made some new friends there. Her smoothie we ordered was yummy we sat there and just had a delightful conversation. We ended up trying her yummy minestrone soup and tasted her olive oil. You won’t be disappointed give this lovely little place a try. Support this local shop we need...

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Everything about this charming wellness shop is magical. From the incredible owners (mother and daughters) to their friends who sell their food here to their incredible wellness lattes and delicious smoothies. If you are anywhere close to Pacifica, I highly recommend checking this place out 🫶🏼 plus they sell non alcoholic wines (like mushroom wine) , wellness elixirs and more.
