Tea World — Restaurant in Pacifica

In general this place is fantastic! Lots of flavor to choose from and the students working there are wonderfully helpful. I'm giving a two star rating in this case to reflect a wrong order. I ordered a drink with Coconut and Mango flavors with a green tea base with no milk, picking it up for someone else. The man who took my order recommended I add milk to the drink for a better flavor but I declined and told him I just wanted what I ordered. Turns out that when I brought the drink home, it had milk in it! It's not the end of the world, but I find this especially frustrating after I told them TWICE to NOT...

Just stopped in with three kids for some single scoops of ice cream in a few cups. Nothing too fancy, but the line was horrendous! I figured I'd get by easy with my simple order. Waited 15 minutes and I finally couldn't take it anymore. Having these impatient kids with you is no fun. I asked for a refund and she apologized and said there was still five orders prior to mine. Good milk tea that's solid for the area (Bay area). Their prices are pretty much on par with everyone else, maybe a little cheaper and they also offer a ton of different options other than your standard milk tea, including local favorite Mitchell's ice cream. The one gripe I have is their inconsistency in taste despite ordering the same thing every time. And the weird thing is, even with the inconsistency, the taste is still good. There's always parking and you can drive 5 min to enjoy...
