Just Hamburgers — Restaurant in Paducah

Let me start by saying the staff at Just Hamburgers are great and go above and beyond to ensure your order is fresh, hot and accurate. My family and I went there for lunch as a second thought while in the Paducah area for an appointment. Boy are we glad( not for their emergency, but because we discovered a great place for burgers) the other place we choose was closed due to a family emergency. In any case, we got to Just Hamburgers just as the lunch rush was beginning. We were greeted with smiles and our order was placed. We went in rather than doing drive thru because we hadn't decided on dine in or take out. ( More later on that...) . It took approx 15 minutes for our order to be prepared and bagged up for us. Lets just say that the drive thru was jumping read: wrapped around! Accomplishing our order of 3 children and two adult meals was a feat for sure considering the small staff dealing with drive thru, taking orders by phone, as well as waiting on a packed lobby. There couldn't have been more than 8 souls working at that moment. But man were they on point! Fantastic job Just Hamburgers staff! 5 stars for teamwork and efficiency! You guys rock! The food was absolutely great. We decided to take our food to a local park ( Kolb park, I believe. Please see my review of this area as well), to eat our food. Approximately 10 minutes from Just Hamburgers. Upon arrival, as we set up to eat, I immediately noticed the order was accurate and still steaming hot! Everything was just as we ordered, including condiments requested. My misses, who'd nibbled a loose fry from the bag otw to the park had mentioned the lack of salt on the fries. As I unpacked the sauces , napkins ( plentiful) , and cutlery, I did notice there were also salt and pepper packs in there as well! So, the salt comment was unfounded as far as I am concerned. I don't like heavily salted fries from the big chains, nor do I like unsalted 🍟. So this was refreshing to see from my standpoint. Overall the Just Hamburgers food and service was outstanding! So we've been here in town from FL for 2 weeks now. Read reviews and have been dying to try this local gem; but, my jeep broke down as soon as I discovered it. After days of salivating over the menu pics, jeep finally was running again and the 1st place i went was here. No way I could leave town without trying it. So worth the wait. Seriously delicious double cheese burger- all the way - & delicious crinkle cut fries. The country bob sauce I got on the side was perfect as a fry dip also. I wanted to try one of their specials while I was here but I don't care for mushroom Swiss burgers (this week's special) and sadly, we're headed back home soon. Will definitely be going back here next time we're in this lovely town. Don't take advantage of the amazing eats you locals have. I would love to drag this place and a few other gems back home with me to FL. (I swear i probably gained 10 lbs the past 2 wks here. Too much good food in This town.) This place being one of my faves.

*UPDATE: We ended up being here for an extra week and I finally got to try 1 of the main specials my mouth has been watering for-- The Big Popper! OMG. I am even more in love with this burger joint now. Seriously AMAZING. (I went to the mall location this time-- a bit of a wait in the drive-thru-- but, So Worth It!) I love their food, but only when certain employees work. We just got lunch at the Jackson st location and asked for two chicken cordon blues. They say they are our of chicken patties, so it's a no go. We order a burger with no mustard. The person taking our order clarified: only pickles onions and ketchup then? We say yes.Get home, sit down to eat, there's mustard all over the burger. I give it to my Partner to eat because the sandwich had SO MUCH mustard on it, it was 90% of the taste. Also, the past 4 times we've come here, we've asked for extra honey mustard on the side, happy to pay for it, I don't know if we did pay for it because we didn't get a receipt but we didn't get the cups of honey mustard for the past 4 visits. 4 visits we've explicitly said we want to buy a couple cups of extra sauce. Haven't received. Next time we go I will be sure to look through our bag to ensure everything is correct. I hate to dothat, but i hate even more paying for a meal that is not what...
