Taco Bell — Restaurant in Paducah

IF I could give this location ZERO stars, I WOULD. My best friend ordered a nachos bellgrande to go. When she got home to eat it, she shared it w her 2 year old son. To which she bit into something the size of a small pebble and just as hard!!! Mind you, it was disguised under all the nacho toppings. When she bit down, she proceeded to crack a tooth!!! Keep in mind this could have been her 2 year old son!!!! She then called this location and asked to speak w the manager and apprised them of the situation. The manager then offered her her money back on the meal, and offered another free meal... I mean what a wonderful company to come off $15 for a broken tooth AT THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!! NOT to mention any type of concern for her child. She then went to Taco Bell online and contacted them. Low and behold the district manager called her straight away, informed her he wasnt in town and to go to the store the next day to meet w the stores manager. Which she did. At which point the manager did not take her to a table to discuss this, his did so AT THE ORDER COUNTER IN FRONT OF ORDERING CUSTOMERS!!!!! He then took a photo on his phone and sent it to the district manager. We stood there looking at him for some type of direction or ending of convo, but we had to lead to a segue for a response. Now mind this manager is supposed to be the best in the area, been w Taco Bell 20+ years blah blah BLAH! We finally looked at him and said ok, what is the next step. To which he responded well customer service/human resources will contact you. So we asked in case they didn't call, could we get their number at corporate to follow up. He looked at us and said I don't know that number/don't have it. Went to lunch with a coworker at 12:05pm on 12/30/19. Have had multiple bad experiences through the drive thru, but she convinced me that going inside might be better. First, the kiosk to just do my own order wouldn't take cards. No signage. Then, after ordering, we sat down and realized noone had gotten food yet. People continued to come in being the lunch hour. After about 10 minutes, the cashier started helping the only cook, I'm guessing, and a name got called. It took a full 30 minutes for each of us (as we ordered separately and got our food 10 minutes apart from each other). The nail in the coffin was when an employee locked all the doors, effectively trapping us inside! There was again no signage placed anywhere, nor any explanation. We had to ask to leave, then she would stop at the register, help some people, and then let someone out. I have since confirmed that what they did is treated as a felony, being false imprisonment. It is also a fire code hazard. I will drive further to the one by the mall, but will never go to that location again. Completely unacceptable. I have worked in retail, food industry, and general service industry, and when you get behind, you do NOT lock your doors to keep...

I'm never eating at this Taco Bell again, or any Taco Bell again. This order that I got was delivered to me through doordash on August 27th, 2023, at 2:44 p.m.. just in case a member of management sees this and wants to single out the person who made my food. I ordered two chalupas supremes, two beefy crunch burritos, and two chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos. One of the chalupa Supremes was nothing but an empty shell, there were no ingredients inside of the chalupa shell. The other Chalupa Supreme was missing all of the ingredients except for the beef, and there was only about a tablespoon of beef inside of it. Both of the beefy crunch burritos were folded up like a taco and had nothing inside of it except for about a tablespoon of beef each. The chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos were correct though. This has happened somewhere between 5 to 10 times over the last few years while ordering Taco Bell through doordash. And I'm sick of it so I will never eat Taco Bell again. Missing the majority of my food nearly every time I order is kind...
