Waffle House — Restaurant in Paducah

I will never eat at this place again. I have been to alot of waffle houses. And never had a cook to tell the waiter to tell us it will take to long to make. My husband still wanted it so we waited i was so mad. The best thing about the hole thing was we had a new wider and he was very nice. And then when we was leaving the cook was in the office or what ever it was .anyways he behind the door at the window flipping the bird at the works. So im just going to say it. If the COOK NEEDS A JOB HE HAS A POOR WAY OF SHOWING IT. HE REALLY NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Even when he came in from out side he was taking his hat off and was leting his hair hang down in his face then put his hat on over that . The waiter had to tell him a few times what he had to cook us.. anyways i will never be back in there.. there is alot of ppl who needs jobs today and will work hard to keep it. HE SHOULD OF BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT.. THATS WHY IT WAS SO EMPTY IN THIS PLACE IM SURE. JUST LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL... JUST RIDICULOUS 😠 ...

The second we walked in we were treated like an inconvenience. It was cold in there so the waitress told us a table that was the warmest area but table was dirty and she barely 1/2 cleaned off the table. We gave adequate time frame to get our order placed but she wouldn't come over till we called her over then placed our order. She read it back correct but when it came she forgot my daughter's oj and when we asked about it got a look like it was the end of the world. Came back with small oj that was the same price as my mothers lg by the way. My mother order toast as her meal and it was never brought, couldn't get her attention to bring it over. When brought the bill it was on there asked for it to be taken off and again attitude of the end of the world. These are just a few things, we are northerns and we always need to get our waffle house fix before returning home to point we even ask for a to go order. We did come in after a rush but it felt unwelcoming... Like no one wanted to talk to the outsiders. We were not welcomed upon entrance but everyone after us was. We stood and waited for a spot to be cleaned for about 5 minutes, with only stares from the staff.

The food was fine but my husband's meal came in bits and he had to keep asking for the bits. The waffle was left on the counter and then served slightly warm without butter or syrup. He asked twice for the butter. The sausage patties were brought after the waffle which came after the eggs and hash browns were gone.

Then we got to listen to the wait staff complain about their personal life. We warned the next people that sat down at the counter and they wisely...
