I don't like to leave bad comments. We were on the shelf about coming back here and decided to try it ine more time. I ordered I line and had it for lobby pick up since the lobby is now open. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get up to the counter to tell them my order number and it still wasn't ready. Peoplein front of me got more food then they ordered they tried to tell the lady behind the counter but she was rude and even said outlook she wished people would stop bugging her when she was trying to work. She said my order was something different then it was saying we ordered 2 lrg fries when one was supposed to be a lrg mashed potatoes. So I ordered it via the app as I was standing there and got mad because I did that. The teenage girl working the drive thru was every where but at the drive thru. Then you have another lady with a baby who was opening the door behind the register telling the staff to tell someone she needs the car seat and what do they do? They leave the customers waiting to go tell the person about the car seat. If this is how Popeye's is run it is a wonder they stay in business. They need to stop hiring anyone off the street who really doesn't care about their jobs and who get angry when dealing with people. Plus there was no Manager in site. As busy as they were the Manager should have been front and center helping out. THAT is what a good Manager does. Read moreI attempted to use the coupon for the survey I gave, which was for a “2 piece chicken and a biscuit for free with purchase of large drink.” When I attempted to use this, the manager (who would not give me his name only that he is "the owner's son") said that the 2 piece did not come with a free biscuit. We attempted to show him the receipt where it says the biscuit is free, and he would not come to the window to even look at it, only to yell back at us that it was not included. We asked for his name and was told "he is the owner's son". The gentleman at the window said that “the owners son” said that if we didnt stop, then he was going to kick us out (stop what?) After we noticed the “owners son in the background getting hateful, I decided to begin videoing. The way this manager acted, was the most unprofessional I have ever seen a manager act in my entire life. Absolutely uncalled for. By reading comments, it seems that the biscuit is left off of other meals and it seems that the ownership throws people out for virtually nothing. A customer pays for food and when Popeyes doesnt deliver the food, the customer gets thrown out??? What kind of business are you running? Read more715 pm Wednesday September 24th waited 30 minutes for my food in the lobby three original thighs mac and cheese small drink and a extra order of red beans and rice.... I started to go to waffle House I wish I would have..$14 and some odd cents later cold chicken the red beans was halfway filled up the biscuits that we were supposedly waiting so long for me and another customer..... Was cold....definitely didn't just come out of the oven.... Save your money worst Popeyes I've been to... In all my 53 years... There was another guy my age or older in their complaining that his wife's Sunday order was messed up and he was promised to be made whole.... By some manager on Sunday... I guess he returned on Wednesday night just to be not satisfied no receive any justification on his messed up order on Sunday.... I won't be back unless I forget too many youngsters in there.. I almost forgot I told them I was dying in and they still put my food in a box...
