Polly's Coffee & Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Pageland

I don’t agree with the way the store is ran on the door and on line it states the store is open until 9pm Monday to Friday I tried to open the door today at 8:45pm and the doors was locked. my opinion is that if the store is open till 9:00pm then the doors stay unlocked until 9:00pn I should be able to walk in at 8:58pm and pace my order I drove all the way from Charlotte N.C for them to look at me and continue cleaning the point of hours open is to allow customers in until 8;59 not worker’s be done with there cleaning and job duties and walk out the door to go home at 9:00pm I’m very disappointed and upset my wife and 3 year old son are upset I have heard good things about this place and wanted to bring my family and have the experience so many others have spoken about. So if possible I believe the doors should remain unlocked...

This place was listed on one of the “places to go” from our AirBNB, and it did not disappoint. It was me and my 3 kids and my niece. I got a double dip with a cone stuck on top, my son got a triple dip, my niece got a double dip, my daughter got a double cone, and my son got a shake. This place is does their ordering very different from most ice cream shops. You go in look at the selections and THEN go to the cash register to order and pay. They then bring out your ice cream to your table. The place and atmosphere is freakin adorable! Purple and turquoise and very welcoming! The cashier lady (I’m guessing owner) had the best customer service and made us feel like we were regulars. We will definitely be back when we visit again. Oh and the Ice Cream was...

My first time going was last week 5/26 and I got the cheescake Sundae. It was delicious. The atmosphere is very beautiful and welcoming and the staff is wonderful. I’m from Pageland but moved away after HS in 2011 so I’ve yet to see all the new places They’ve gotten. I must say every time I’m in town I have to stop by now. And the prices are so reasonable!
