2 pizzas 1 Garden 1 Hawiian with chicken and pineapple Absolute worse service I've ever had anywhere. I drove a good distance to get these pizza as this used to be my go to place. My garden pizzas crust was hard because they almost burnt it but the hawiian pizza was what I called to complain about. I ordered chicken and pineapple on it. Got home and it was ham and pineapple. When I called she told me I got what I ordered... that I didnt take the ham and onions off of it. Well sorry but there was NO CHICKEN AND NO ONIONS on it so I DONT. THINK. SO. I even offered to bring the pizza back and let her see my order on my phone but she was not in the least bit interested and told me that in no uncertain terms. I have ordered from this location over the course of the past nine years, since I first moved to the area. For at least the past few of those years, I've had literally nothing but problems -- late orders, wrong orders, pizza that had an employee's cologne spilled on it, workers that gossip about other workers, and tales of a pretty dire and shabby workplace. After a one-year hiatus, I gave them one last chance yesterday, only to have yet another late order, no contact about just how late the pizza was going to be (it would've been 40 minutes, at least), no apologies once I bothered to call them and check on it, and then, to top it all off, an employee who hung up the phone on me mid-sentence.

Had a delivery done by door dash from here like two weeks ago. Driver was nice, but was wearing nothing identifying her as a delivery driver, and she had a passenger who appeared to be either sleeping or drunk in the passenger seat. My pizza was just sitting on her back seat with no bag or anything, and it was NOT a clean vehicle. I was a bit grossed out, if I'm honest. I don't think I'll continue to order delivery from here if they continue to use door dash. My wife would have gone nuts if she'd have seen that. Still having nightmares from this.
