We went to Subway last night for dinner, had a very bad experience. They had someone that was transferred over to that store and he could not speak English, so he had a very hard time understanding anything that we were telling him could not find any of the items to put on our sandwich,without us showing him! Mean while the manager is standing in the back on the telephone, you could hear her laughing the whole time we were there . My husband was very aggravated.Instead of having him out there on the floor by himself, the manager should have been there beside him helping him to learn how to make these sandwiches. I called and needed a platter of subs in a short period of time every other places that I called were very rude and did not want to help me. Kirsten answer the phone took my order and had it ready before I needed it. I would give it 0 if I could and I may even be misplacing my frustration. I'm a week out from using the app to order a sub. Got a call that they couldn't make my sub and I would have to contact corporate to get my money back. CONTACT EVERY POSSIBLE WAY... email, phone, app... and no one will refund my 15$.
