KFC — Restaurant in Paintsville

Every time I have gone here, not once...NOT once have they actually given me the correct order.

Everytime I order chicken tenders I ask for macaroni and fries instead of coleslaw. Yet every single time they do not give me my fries, instead giving me coleslaw despite stating I wanted fries instead.

I typically never leave reviews, but this KFC has consistently had the worst drive thru service I have ever seen. Yes they typically correct my order when I go inside and tell them my order was wrong, but I shouldn't have to do that every single time I visit their establishment. It has gotten to point of being ridiculous.

If you visit here make sure to check that your order is right, because the employees certainly don't.

3 months later and big surprise, my orders have been incorrect everytime again. My goodness, is it genuinely that difficult to even get it right once?! At this point I'll admit that it's probably my fault for coming back to this awful KFC. The food may be good, but they sure don't bother making sure your orders are correct. *edit: after eating my meal, I got food poisoning.

I stopped in paintsville kfc to get the tasty kfc 4pc deal. Which came with breast thigh leg so forth. And mashed potatoes and gravy and two biscuits. I got two orders which cost $21. Ok but after getting home the chicken was strips and a one biscuit. I pointed it out on menu and I repeated my order several times. And it was still wrong. I think the strips was a cheap way to do the promotion. Which strips were not even offered on the promotion. Oh yea if you’re constipated get the dipping sauce. Screen door comes to mind. Trash falling out of trash bins. Waited 10 mins for our food after ordering thru drive thru. Was told we were going to get a few extra pieces of chicken strips for the trouble... We didn't receive the extra strips, nor cutlery for our sides, or napkins we asked for, or even condiments for that matter... I mean..?!!?... Half our food was cold by time our strips came out. Y'all deff need to get your stuffs...
