McDonald's — Restaurant in Paintsville

I'm knot sure what yo think, i was there, and gave someone named Jerry a compliment about one of the best managers i have ever encountered, then that manager said i was "banned" from that store, for no reason, when i was kind and polite to everyone because they were GREAT to me and even left a GIFT for that manager, but now I'm "banned" for sharing love, hope, and JOY. I'm not sure what the mix up is, but I hope to return the next time I'm in town to get a milkshake which i always enjoy even when just popping through drive-thru.. not quite sure where the mix up in communications may be, but someone smiling with gifts and BLESSING everyone of the employees with good will, and CHEER is somehow "bannable" but if i see something OFFICIAL then i wouldn't break the law, but why a witch hunt for cheer, joy and love?? i don't understand, why so...

Terrible service. We pull around to get our food and they didn’t give us half of it. Got hotcakes and bacon, didn’t give us syrup. When we asked for syrup the lady with black hair and a manager shirt gives us a look like “really? I gotta do my job” coffee was cold, ordered an egg biscuit got a chicken biscuit. Shorted us a hash brown. And if you go in to order they walk right past you like you aren’t even there. Ridiculous. Need to fire everyone of them. Laziest bunch of “workers” I’ve ever seen. I worked retail for years and I understand being short staffed, but just plain laziness and...

Every order we place is always wrong. ..just now had to take to orders back ..we wanted plain cheeseburgers for the kids and one was a chicken sandwich and the Cheeseburger had ketup and everything else on it ..husband orders a plain chicken sandwich he got everything on it ..I understand every now and then things get messed up but every time we go ..money I know isn't an issue for the owner but to say the least their throwing his money down the drain with all the wrong orders they are sending out and...
