The only reason I go to this Dunkin’ is cause it is close to my job. But the amount of times I have gone there has always been an issue. Staff needs corrective training for sure as I have seen many comments agree. I will normally get a bagel and cream cheese. Which if you ask for anything aside from plain cream cheese they will give you plain cream cheese. Or ask for 2 you will only get one. Staff is not friendly and I get it early hours stink but you chose the job you need to deal with the hours. They don’t need to be the happiest ever when dealing with customer but don’t be ignorant. Anyways rambling on here. They needs a whole makeover with staff and the food served.
I tried to give this Dunkin another chance because the other that I go to was crazy jampacked. So I ordered the six dollar meal and not only was the sandwich burned, but they also only gave me three hashbrowns and a coffee is very meh. Obviously, the staff doesn’t check their orders before they give it to their customers and also I was asked what sandwich I got and they told me the wrong one. I said no that’s the six dollar meal sandwich obviously comes with bacon and she wanted to give me a sandwich that we had sausage. Read moreI went here last Sunday around noon, and the employee was so unnecessarily snippy and rude. I waited at the drive through order speaker for like a minute and then said "hello?" And he responded in a very irritated tone, saying "gimme a second."
I'm usually a chill customer and I understand the food industry is not the most rewarding job - but I was taken aback by all of the employees' snippy condescending responses to the point where I asked him "what is with the attitude?" By the time I pulled up to the window, I realized he hadn't even rung up my order. I had to re-tell him my drink, and then he almost forgot to put in my food. Like, tell me you don't give a shit without saying you don't give a shit 🙄 the whole experience was so jarring I forgot to scan my app for points so I lost out on almost $9 of rewards, and oh yeah, he was condescending about that too. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The young man behind the counter was extremely slow and seemed completely disengaged. Despite there being only one other customer, I waited over 15 minutes while he made two cups of coffee. He didn't even get to taking my order during this time.
His behavior made me question if he was under the influence or simply lacked proper training. If he hasn't been trained adequately, it's unacceptable to leave him alone to handle customers. If he has been trained, then his performance was way below par. His appearance was also unprofessional, wearing pants that were far too large and looking dazed and confused.
