While the food was great, the service lacked. The server/host wasn't attentive, we ran out of water before the food arrived. After it arrived we had to flag him down for a refill. Asked for a second bowl to split our ramen (never got it). Had to flag him down to get our check as well. Lots of waiting in between (they would often disappear into the back). If I could put on an apron and get us our water, I would've.

The food itself was amazing, I won't lie. But the service truly was abysmal. There were two people working the front but neither were as on top of it as one would expect. A table over, even the people next to us seemed a bit annoyed with having to flag down for a check also.

Overall, the dining experience was okay. The service was efficient, which leaves the impression this is a family owned restaurant. It's an okay local spot, serving up Sushi and Ramen. The quality was fresh, and the presentation was a nice surprise with the light up trees. The sushi rolls I ordered were simple yet had the opportunity to impress. I hoped for some gluten free options or at least some direction with the menu, but the waiter hardly seemed open to questions and looked like he wanted to be bothered. Everything was fresh and delicious! Service was quick, the dining room was clean. My daughter loved the beautiful sushi platter presentation. Gyoza appetizer was very good.

Yellowtail killer roll was super tasty with a great kick! My wife and mother in law loved the dragon and pink lady rolls.

Spicy Miso Black Garlic Ramen has a really solid spice and garlic base throughout - not overpowering but thoroughly cleared up my sinuses - and layers of flavor with succulent pork belly. Will have to order this every single time even as I order other things to try too!
