Starbucks — Restaurant in Palatine Township

Normally a loyal, nice paying customer, spend 20$ on drinks every morning, had a dairy allergy which normally have no issue with because they were so careful, ordered oatmilk latte(didnt get asked if it was an allergy) i asked questions about this product (would normally raise suspicion, they normally know me by name and order) and i wanted to try to change my order, i got vanilla bean powder(later asked if it contained milk because i took a sip and felt weird) asked, they said may contain milk and eggs ( bypassed it drank 5 sips of the drink) then i call to see if i could get a refund because i just paid 7$ for this drink that made my mouth itch all over and cause trauma( normally they just give me a refund for the drink if this happens) i got yelled at that they cant guarantee no allergies 3x, (which i stated yes but normally i domt ahve one and you guys are normally really good and u aske dbefore i left if id like another drink because i may have an allergic reaction, it got so frustrating i just hung up the phone because the woman was rude, never going here again. After a rough first day of school for our family, we decided on a treat so went to Starbucks. Three out of the four of us got our drinks right away. The other was taking a long time as I saw people come and go. I tried to ask at the counter if they happened to have the last drink there somewhere. First I was ignored. Then when I tried to ask again was told “UM can’t you see we are really busy? You will get your order when it’s made and we will tell you when it’s ready, In the order it was received. So rude and totally ruined something I wanted to do for my kids. I replied “but three of us got our drinks , one is missing and it’s been a long time. So low and behold, he looks down on the counter and there is my son’s drink just sitting there already made for who knows how long. The employee then handed me the drink and he did apologize, it’s just that I was already upset and didn’t want to be treated like I was a child by a condescending person. terrible location, banned me and a couple of other kids for no reason!! They had to get a cop to tell us that we are banned from there. They lied to the cops telling them that they told us that we were banned the day before which they never did, the cop didn’t know why we were banned when he came to tell us. One of our other friends who didn’t get banned went inside and asked for the manager because me and a couple of other kids who got banned wanted to talk to them and the lady was mumbling stuff, she didn’t get the manager out for us and just told us that me and the other kids where not allowed in there or they would call the cops which we already knew. We would go there very often and one of us would get something almost every time we went. If you’re looking to deal with these types of employees, then i recommend to go to this area, otherwise i recommend driving another 5 minutes to a...
