Monica is rude and disrespectful!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a party package a few days prior to Easter, and, Monica, the staff member who answered, was short and left me with the impression that I was inconveniencing her during my call regarding my inquire's on what the package included. Today, on my way to the restaurant she called me to ask if I was going to pick up the food and, again, was short, rude and hung up on me before saying goodbye. When I arrived at the restaurant, she was beyond rude, had a visibly aggravated attitude, and made no effort to communicate professionally. Her demeanor was short, unfriendly, and made our third interaction yet again, uncomfortable.
I asked to speak to the owner because, well, three strikes you're out. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I expected at least a basic level of concern or an apology—but instead, I was met with a flat “ok”, half of a smile and no effort to acknowledge or resolve the situation. Not, "I'll speak to her" or any corrective measures that would be taken. In fact, Monica rolled her eyes and walked away as I spoke to the owner.
Customer service is a huge part of the dining industry, and this restaurant failed miserably in that regard. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly or respectful experience. The next day, I called back to place a catering order of over $500 and spoke with someone named Monica. Right away, things went downhill. I asked for a receipt, and she sent me someone else’s receipt, complete with all their personal information. Major privacy issue.
I placed the order and made one simple request: that the tray of chopped salad not include bacon. Of course, when the food arrived, the salad had bacon. I didn’t want to deal with it during the event, so I let it go at the time.
Later, I received an email asking for feedback and inviting me to call if anything wasn’t up to the highest standard. So I did. I called and spoke again with Monica. I explained the issue. She didn’t apologize—instead, she said they could reimburse my card. Then she put me on hold for over five minutes and came back to say that the owner claimed there was no bacon in the salad. Essentially, they called me a liar.
At this point, it’s not even about the refund. It’s about the fact that a well-known establishment would handle a mistake so poorly and make no effort to make it right. Completely unacceptable...

Wanted to try out the pizza here to see if I wanted to buy it but with that type of 0 care for the customer I am never coming back also telling all friends and coworks to not go here and I advise no one else to come here go to aonther pizza place there's many other ones near by probably with better customers services
