As of recently the service has became really slow everytime we go. If you go to the drive through it is faster ( we watched three cars arrive and get serviced before taking one customer's order outside in the heat with no shade). So that would lead me to assume do not park and look at the menu and order since if you are at the windows you have a lower priority then those in air conditioned cars. Me and the wife the last time we went had one customer standing outside took about 1/2 hour to just be able to place the order. Then a while after to receive the order of one item. The icecream is good but I do not think it is worth an hour wait just to get a small cone. After waiting over twenty minutes the wife wanted to go to steak and shake. So I assume the ice is not that much better then what can be found at other places. I had her wait. With an hour for one customer ahead of you I would hate to see how long when they busy. We will not be going there again. The place use to be great and I would recommend. Now with half hour or more wait and trying to figure out which method drive through, ordering by telephone, and going to the windows will get you good service. Trying over and over given multiple chances and seeing the same thing. I will skip the time suck and bring the wife somewhere else. If you have a while to wait go for it if not with cars honking all the time, the heat, and the long wait.

(Update) As seen below got a response. I thank you for that. I am also glad and it should been mentioned that a place always trying to do better is worth a visit. Just as to try and help the problems was not the amount of customers. The problem was every time a car pulled up the person at the windows got told to wait. So those in drive through 5 minutes those who got out of the car and went to the window and had been waiting in line everytime someone came to the window to take someone's order would get told they be right back everytime a car pulled up and this equalled half hour plus for those customers. My family thinks the ice cream is great so that would show the icecream is good. I just recommend if it a hot day stay in the car you will stay cooler and it might reduce your wait time by over half. Thank you again for response and the offer of coupon ( will pass on the coupans but...

My husband and I frequently go to this location ever since we moved to Palm Bay, and I’ve never had a problem. We spend $20-$30 each time. Multiple times a week. Great ice cream! But today I am very disappointed in the service I got. I wanted a small milkshake, and I was told they were out of small cups, so I’d have to get regular or large. So I asked if I would be charged for the small price? Since that’s what I wanted?he said no cause it’s a different size cup. Kind of in a rude way, like I’m stupid. I know it would be a different amount of ice cream. It’s not my fault you are out of cups. Walmart sells cups, it’s right down the street. Or Your workers could have easily given me a regular cup but with the small oz amount. As someone who used to work at an ice cream place, that’s what we would’ve done. So whoever was on the headset tonight, really needs a customer service class as he was kind of rude to me. As the girl in the window! The girl in the window kept staring at me like I did something wrong by asking a question, didn’t greet me like I’ve been greeted in the past, didn’t say have a good night or ANYTHING. Just read back my order. Terrible customer service tonight. I could see them mocking our conversation, when I pulled up. Just all in all was a bad experience. Very...

Sad. Maybe next time we get a better experience... Drive through was a terrible mistake. Peanut butter "parfait" was watery and artificial tasting chocolate frozen dessert product of some unhappy type. I wish I'd known before letting the girl tell me its peanutbutter chocolate and handung me a dripping cone to get immediately on my lap. (Bad idea of mine to try the drive through) The line of cars aimimg for the drive thru post clogs the exit too. Dumb customers and mediocre product today really reminds me why I should listen to my gut and not trust anyone to do anything right in these "trying times" I wish this place great success and I hope they take this bad review on the chin and get better. I just wont be trying to get anything like a yummy PB&chocolate I could expect from any real ice cream maker. The waffle cone on the other one that didnt decide to fall out of my window (not sorry) was good as usual. I take it real personal when people forget they are handing another human food and how important that is. We arent an assembly line and you have to have a bit of awareness that you may be handing someone his last ice cream ever or the only one they are allowed all year. Theres a bad taste in my mouth. 20...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bruster's Ice Cream is an absolute delight! Every visit feels like a treat, thanks to their incredible selection of flavors. From classic favorites to unique seasonal offerings, there’s something for everyone. I love the way they are always experimenting with new combinations, making each trip an exciting experience. On top of the fantastic flavors, the customer service at Bruster's is top-notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help you find the perfect scoop (or two!). They are knowledgeable about the flavors and happy to offer samples, which makes choosing even more fun! Whether you’re in the mood for a scoop of creamy ice cream or a delicious sundae, Bruster's delivers not just great dessert, but a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat you won’t regret it!

We love Bruster’s! The good: large menu that includes kid inspired items, drive thru, items are packaged for travel (i.e. lids, bags, etc.), tasty, good prices, takes plastic and patient staff (especially when dealing with 5 indecisive kiddos trying to order). The bad: menu is overwhelming/hard to follow, there’s only one size (BIG) for the slushies which are my kids favorite, no indoor seating (only outdoor), it takes a while to get your order, it can be hard to make the left turn after the drive thru window especially if there are cars parked (we drive a 12 seater passenger van), small parking lot that can be a challenge getting through, and the patio seating is “clean” but in need of a power wash. Overall it’s our favorite ice cream place that’s near us.

16 bucks for a "banana split" and "turtle sunday" that looks like this. These were are fall backs after we asked for the "Banana pudding" flavor and the other 'new' flavor of the month... both of which they were out of, or 'we don't have that'... and no bottled water. Not sure why you put a sign showing your 'new flavors' if you aren't going to have them, but this isn't the first time we have run into that problem, but it will likely be the last. Thank goodness there are other options.
