China King — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I just ordered from this place this evening. I ordered a “large” general tso’s platter with pork fried rice and a chicken wing and French fry platter. But when my order arrived, they sent white rice instead of pork fried rice. When I called back and spoke to the guy who had horrible customer service, he kept putting me on hold while he told the other workers what the issue was. He tried to tell me that my size order came with white rice, but my order was a large which was 9.99, a dollar more than the combo platter for 8.95 which also included pork fried rice. I told him even if my order didn’t come with pork fried rice (which it did) you tell me that on the phone or tell me if there’s an up charge and then I’d decide if I still want it or not. Don’t just cook me what you feel like and assume I’d be satisfied. He ultimately told me he would send me a “small” pork fried rice for 2.75 and oh, here’s the kicker: he asked me to send back the white rice. Lol! What a joke! I told him forget about it! Found this out-of-the-way restaurant by accident and the owners are very nice and professional. I only order Egg Drop Soup, Crispy Noodles-for soup, and Spring Rolls from Chinese restaurants so maybe this review is a little limited but what I CAN tell you is that the Egg Drop Soup is DELICIOUS and nicely priced @$4.25/large, you get 1 bag o' noodles per pint and any extra are like .50¢/bag and are usually crunchy and fresh. The spring rolls are small but the price for them is equivalent and they are tasty. BUT WHILE YOU WAIT, they have a "mini store" in front that sells leggings, Florida souvenirs, kitchen stuff, just miscellaneous for cheap. And I don't think this is a "dine-in" restaurant as I didn't see tables when I pick up my food. They also deliver if you live close to them but don't use any delivery apps which is a nice, personal, old school touch. I've been a customer for over 12 years now and every visit was phenomenal. I have high standards for restaurants and food and China King exceeded my expectations at every order by far. I've tried every dish that they have on their menu multiple times and it tasted incredibly good everytime. Especially the chicken and the egg rolls are outstanding delicious. As for the clothes they sell, they have a very high quality and are very comfortable. You can purchase them for a fair price and they look great. Additionally, the staffs are the most friendly and polite people I've ever met. They are always unbelievably nice even after long working hours, the delivery is always very fast even though I live 15 minutes away and the food is the best i've ever eaten. I recommend it to everyone and they also have great and very tasty options for vegetarians...
