You need to read the ADA and stop abusing people with disabilities. It’s disgusting that you denied service to a disabled veteran with a service dog and then started whining with an apology after the fact. We saw the video and you should just close your shop. I hope they line up a bunch of people with service dogs at your restaurant this week. The veteran community is a lot bigger than you think

Update: if you have a chance to watch the video, just watch how the Karen in the video screams at the disabled veteran… Then watch out the Owner backs her up and starts asking ridiculous questions out of his ignorance. Scroll down and read his ignorant apology. He can’t even take responsibility for his actions. He literally blame the health inspector for giving him bad information. Is he too lazy to look up the ADA law as a business owner? We know he’s too arrogant to try to listen to a customer because the customer tried to explain it to him and he lost his mind.

With that in mind, scroll down and look at the other bad reviews. Look how many are about the Karen and how she acts and how she talks down to customers and look how many times this guy makes excuses to customers and talks nasty to them and blames everyone but themselves.

You are a complete failure at Customer Service. You should hire other people to come in and run your shop or you should sell it to somebody who can. I hope after the lawsuit you can no longer afford to run it and you can stop treating disabled people the way you do. I’ve never seen anyone with that level of ignorance throw a tantrum like a child and after the fact, knowing that you’re wrong, sit there and make excuses blaming everyone...

2 sub par subs. $19.24 for subs that were missing items that were listed on their own hand out menu and in store. Lists that they serve Boars Head but my rotisserie chicken was anything but my husbands "steak" sub was "steak um's" neither sub had quality cheese on it and when I wrote to him on FB and uploaded what my sub looked like compared to how he showed it on his own page, you wouldn't even recognize it. Hubby's "steak um" sub was completely missing an ingredient. When I wrote to him and uploaded picture to show him what mine looked like, he wrote back..meat is not ham! BUT ham is written on description and he was write meat wasn't ham it was garbage. My sub supposedly had provo but I don't know where he buys his meats from (as his lists having Boar's Head products on his menu, website and FB page) but it was a waxy, tasteless cheese. Apparently, rotisserie chicken to this dude is some sub par deli sliced meat that has brown edges. Never again. Best part of this experience was THROWING IT OUT. Instead, of him apologizing and offering to fix it, he BLOCKED me from his FB page and TOOK HIS OWN PICTURE DOWN after I uploaded what they served me. Pathetic. Knuckle head sandwiches. Since I’m from NY I decided to give this place a try for breakfast this morning. I was highly disappointed. After reading so many good reviews I have no idea why it was soo bad. First off.. I’ve NEVER seen a bacon egg and cheese made with SCRAMBLED eggs!! So my husband was very unsatisfied. Not only by that but they only had one size for coffee which was small. I had a blt.. which tasted like it was covered in vinegar for some reason. Not sure what kind of mayo could have been on it, maybe homemade or just a terrible off brand but it wasn’t good. Unfortunately we will not be returning. If my husband wasn’t so busy opening up his sugars and creamers he would have watched them make it he would have said something.
