Havana Nights Cuban Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Talk about an amazing experience, I hired this company to provide food at my recent open house of my new shop. From start to finish everything was impeccable. The trailer was absolutely beautifully wrapped with vibrant colors and great graphics. The service was top-notch, very friendly and very accurate with everyone's order. The order taken was high tech and very effective. The food was absolutely amazing and hands down the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. The pizza was very soft and delicious. All of my guests were complimenting the food and service they provided which meant a lot to me and confirmed that I made a solid choice by hiring this company. I will absolutely hire them again the future as they were an absolute delight to deal with and took any food woes or stress off of my plate completely allowing me to spend time with my guests and grow my own business. I went there once before on a busy day and their pizza was great. Today I went there when they were dead. The server came across as rude, but she didn't speak English so maybe just a translation issue.

Whatever, service is service, food is what matters to me. So Cuban pizza is supposed to be sooo crispy. It should crunch when you bite into it, then inside is like a pillow. It's an incredible piece of culinary art.

I bite into it and it has zero crisp, flaccid, tastes like dough and has actual visible uncooked dough (see pic)

After the server called the manager who speaks English, he told me the crust isn't raw (it was) then gave me a refund without another word.

I honestly wish I'd taken that refund and bought another pizza xtra crispy. Their pizza was so good last time.

If it were based solely on this experience then it would mostly be 1s. But they handled it gracefully and the one time I went before the pizza...

The food was okay. Being born and raised from Miami with Cuban family I know what real Cuban pizza and spaghetti tastes like and this wasn’t true at all. The spaghetti was very watery and had almost no sauce. The pizza was also with no sauce. The service was honestly terrible which was probably the biggest disappointment. The waitress was very short and rude, never brought water, when I asked for the second time she only brought one cup when I asked for water for my wife and I. Service was slow on their end even with it being Mother’s Day and completely empty inside but when it came to asking for the check that was done within 30 seconds. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because of the lack service and food not...
