China star — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I ordered lunch from here and I’m blown away by the experience in the worst way. I ordered food to a clearly stated location and the delivery person didn’t follow the directions and actually decided to leave the food at a previous address that they’ve delivered to before. I call him to say that he delivered to the wrong location and he got really upset with me so I ended having to go pick up the food from the location he delivered it. Which defeats the purpose of me paying for a delivery service. I also tipped on top of delivery fee. I contacted the store to see how can they accommodate for the experience. The manager or store owner contacted me and told me it’s my fault this happened ( in the rudest agressive awful way ). I hope he feels better. I told him I’m supporting your business how are you talking to a customer like this he proceeds to curse at me & yell at me over the phone. I didn’t want a refund for the food because I ate it due to me purchasing it. But I do feel dissatisfied having given my money and tipped to ungrateful business. I can’t say enough about this place. First time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean, the kitchen is visible from the front counter.

What impressed me the most was their service and honesty. I added on a soup once I arrived and was unknowingly charged for the incorrect size. As I waited, the gentleman reviewed my receipt and caught his mistake. He immediately refunded the amount, all without me noticing on the front end.

I will be a repeat customer and have referred them to friends and family...

Excepcional Chinese Food. Thank God I finally found a Chinese Takeout Restaurant I can go to at least once a week down here by my parents house in West Palm Beach. The place was so clean, the food was so fresh and delicious, and I am so excited that I can finally count on a place for exceptional Chinese food that taste so very authentic and amazing, plus very reasonably priced with good portions to choose from. Loved their variety of food choices in their menu. Recommending this restaurant to everyone I know down here in the West...
