Wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived at Jalisco, it was like a scene in a movie… picturesque desert, tire shop next to a coffee shop but instead its a delicious Mexican restaurant. (Jalisco a Mexican state located on the west coast, known for their diversity, beautiful landscapes and cultural traditions) servin up traditional foods such as; Chilaquiles Verdes, Huevos Rancheros, Sopes, Quesabirrias and Chile relleno. No worries, if you prefer an American meal, they offer that too; Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and pancakes. My partner and I were there for breakfast, got the Chilaquiles and Patatas Bravas. The food came fast and hot. The flavor was amazing, umami with a hint of spice. We got to talking to the owner (Patricia) she was a sweet heart. She mentioned after the flood cause by Tropical storm Hillary which hit the area in Sept has caused the road to close and sadly that’s a loss for potential clients.
