Edit 5/29/2025: Excited about the Papa Johns and Marcos Pizza that has recently opened up in the area. <3 Edit 7/30/23: Still no response from owners. It’s interesting considering they are actively responding to other reviews. I guess they have no intention in correcting the problem. So with that I’ll say buyer beware. Business practices are not on the up & up. Edit 5/26/23: Website/pricing has not been corrected. At this point it feels as though they are intentionally taking advantage of people and it is the principle of the matter. A response would be nice. Edit: 4/7/23: we were going to order again and give it a second try. The issue has not been corrected on their website nor acknowledged via the google review. It might seem petty but we don’t mind finding another place to dine until they get it figured out. 🤷‍♀️ My review is based on the online ordering process. Food was great, no complaints. The issue described below is evident when trying to order apps as well. I will preface by saying this may be a kink to work out as I do know this is a newer business and they may be unaware of the user experience; that said, it was frustrating nonetheless and this is a review to make other customers aware. Prices online don’t match the menu online. If this is intentional, it feels shady. If it’s not, it needs to be corrected. When ordering online the system charges for the toppings included in the menu price or is simply inaccurate altogether. There’s no way to correct these charges (when picking up your order) because you have to pay in advance online (as there is no “pay at pick-up”option) nothing on the website or third party ordering portal indicates the up charges are for convenience fees etc. I’m sure it can be attributed to technology and can be fixed. Every dollar matters these days so I think it’s important to share my experience and make other customers aware until it is. 🍕

Gosh! I had really high hopes for this place. The food was so disappointing. My husband said the Pepsi tasted like pencil shavings. Our waitress (maybe the owner or manager) didn't write down our order. I got the wrong sauce chicken tenders. When I finally got it.. the Sweet Baby Rays Garlic Parmesan sauce was watered down. She was pretty nasty when we told her the food was decent at best. She said they were slammed and basically tough luck. I overheard her on the phone saying they ran out of pizza dough bc the delivery truck didn't get there until 5p. So, a pizza place that buys frozen premade dough. Frozen chicken tenders.. and premade chicken strips for the buffalo pizza. Oh and the "beer cheese" was microwaved. It was such a waste of $45 bucks to be served slop. We were the 3rd table that complained during our visit.

Pizza preferences vary. My son and wife said "4", while I was at a "3". Ordering online was quick and convenient, and they allow 1/2 and 1/2 ordering which is nice. Our pizza was ready on time. Toppings were NOT generous. The "extra cheese" half could've used a bit more cheese. My son liked it ... said it was similar to Sam's Club pizza which he likes. But, the regular cheese pizza at Sam's Club has more cheese than this "extra cheese" pizza. Similarly, the pepperoni, ham, and banana peppers were sparse on the other half. The toppings tasted fresh, but there really should be more of them. I prefer thicker pizzas, but my 3 really was based on their sparse toppings for the price. If my family asks for Parrish Pizza again, I'll order & eat it. But, it isn't my "go to" spot for pizza.

I really like supporting local when I can and consistently do. We have been here numerous times and things were good up until a few months ago. The food was decent this time. The mozzarella sticks we ordered tasted freezer burned and weren't that good. First time ordering these and won't again. While we were waiting for our food, there was a huge roach that was walking across the floor. I understand that where there is food, there are bugs but the food server ran over and was stomping on it to kill it. Could've been handled with a little less drama. No one wants to see big bugs as they are about to eat. After our meal, we were overcharged by $25-$30. I brought it to the attention of our server who apologized, said she voided it out and rang up our order correctly. We left and decided to not go back. After about 2 weeks, I had noticed the first charge that was incorrect was never voided and had two charges for Parrish Pizza. I called them and a very nice girl answered and apologized and said she would call the owner that night. I thanked her and said as long as it gets taken care of within the next day, I would be appreciative. 3 days later, no call from anyone and charge was still on my credit card for over $80. I then emailed them with all of the information I gave the girl over the phone and told them I was upset. Waited a few more days with no response. I then did a charge back with my bank. I was trying not to do this since they would get a fee for me doing a charge back. I'm writing this because I hope everyone checks their receipt and the fact that there was no response from anyone was a little frustrating. We have been going there since it was the Chicago pizza place and feel it has just declined. Doesn't seem like the new owners really care and that's sad considering Parrish is still a very small town in many ways. I wish them luck but they will never get anymore of my business or any of my friends. A response is all it would've taken. And no, I'm...

I normally won’t post bad reviews anywhere even if we had bad service but this is an exception because the lady with glasses that you see in the front is very rude! This is my second time coming and both times she made sure to be rude to us without any reason. I don’t wanna bring up the race issue but it sure did feel like it because she greeted the guy after us so Polite and happy. She basically kicked us out and said the owners were losing tax dollars because instead of taking our meals to go like we intended my parents ate their wings while we waited on a pizza I ordered for my baby. She shouted from where she was at to let us know the owners are losing taxes when you don’t take your food to go. I asked who the owners were just so I can give them my personal experience and the girl sitting there with a smirk on her face said her parents were as if they weren’t going to do anything about it. So we got our food and packed it up and left. My baby left his toy inside and she came out and handed it to me like she barely wanted to touch it or as if it was a dirty toy didn’t say anything just handed it to me. I will never go back! (I tried tagging them but they don’t come up) unfortunately a friend of mine experienced this recently..I will definitely not be stopping by and am glad she posted this on her fb..so other...
