Taqueria El Vulcan #2 — Restaurant in Palmview

Walked in to make a take out order, and wasn't greeted. Was asked what I want. Just like that, no "hello, what can I get for you today?" Place wasn't packed, so I ordered for take out anyway and was asked where I parked so they could take my order to my vehicle. Told the lady first spot off the street and she makes a comment in Spanish saying "oh, all the way over there".

I waited in my truck for a total of 45 minutes. Mind you, the dining area only had 4 tables when I ordered, so wait time was way too long.

Food was over priced, meat was super fatty and didn't even look like bistec or even steak. Burger was salty, potato was delicious, and tacos were massive corn tortillas, but again, super fatty and didn't taste like meat. I was given 1 slice of lime that was already going bad, and a tiny bitty bag of onion. This restaurant needs to train their people to at least ACT like they want to be there.

I recently ordered take out at your establishment and, while I appreciated the quality and portions of the tacos, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Despite the generous taco servings, I found the salsa portion to be excessively small. When I requested additional salsa, I was surprised to learn that there would be an extra charge. Given that the total cost of my order was nearly $30 for two servings, I expected more accommodating service regarding basic condiments.

As a result of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are numerous taco establishments that offer better value and customer service. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your service for...

Placed an order at 11:40 am today over the phone where they proceeded to tell us it would be 40 minutes. When we arrived after those 40 minutes they told us that only half our orders would be ready in 15 minutes so we had to remove half of the order which were pollo enteros. We received our food just now at 1:15 pm after an hour and 25 minutes!!!! That is ridiculous. Then the server told us “next time order a day in advance so we won’t take so long.” If they were gonna take so long they shouldn’t have told us “40 minutes” on the phone or let us know to pre order a day in advance. We could’ve gotten the food from another place such as el pollo loco. We will never buy...
