Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Palmview

Rating update January 24 2025 Went and asked for a cheese BURGER plain and dry got charged for a BURGER and only received Bread with cheese it's the 2nd time this happens so disappointed oh but I got charged as if I received a pattie.

Got to admit i come here all the time! But lately you all have been heating the food up in old Oil i can taste it and see it. it drips alot and has a black-ish color. I took pictures of 2 different occations that i went and ordered the same thing yet the potatoes were still heated in old oil they were dark brown it even made the cheese look dark. Contacted jack directly they didnt care they cared more for theyre survey than the customer's problem. I cant correct you guys or my food will be sent back with spit. Can you all like put new oil i know you all dont want to waste it TRUST ME i know but come on its nasty!

UPDATE: just got my freshly made extra cheese potatoe weddges i could actually taste the potatoes instead of tasting burnt oil thanks JACK IN THE BOX IN...

Stopped on 03/06/2022 6:20pm.. Staff was young, dumb and rude.Hamburger in the kids' meals was old, and Shake Machine was down. When I refused the swimming pool soda, the mood of the young lady changed. I was given no total, or when I asked for a receipt, I was told the machine was down. How did they come up with a total with the machine down? My change was a pile of coins, not because they were out of quarters, but because our modern-day kids can text be not count change. Free food and apologies won't bring me back, Jack. I've written this to educate others that the only way to change a company is to hit them in the bottom line. I read over other reviews on Jack in the box. Some good, many bad and upsetting. In less than 20 minutes, I've told the 250 people in the RV park. My passenger has over 20 years as a manager in fast food and has a Facebook following. If the owner of this store thinks this will just blow over? Check...

I do not recommend this place!!! Got my burger and tacos super cold! On top of that my buns were black and burnt the hell out of and super soggy. And my husbands tacos were thrown into the bag broken also as if nothing and then they stacked and just threw a bunch of lettuce all inside the taco bag so basically they werent prepared and had less than half a cheese was outside stuck on the taco along with a bunch of old nasty oil. Food looked and tasted like it had just been sitting there for hours! Midnight staff is the worst! Morning staff is pretty good and very kind i have to admit! But after midnight the staff is rude asf and they rarely have whatever is on the menu ! And when they do it all comes back cold and nasty! That's because its usually dead so I would think they would actually take the time to prepare the food not just toss it however! So if u plan on going here after midnight I would probably think twice about...
