Chicken Express — Restaurant in Pampa

Catfish was good the chicken tenders was good the gizzards was cooked too long the biscuits was good corn nuggets was good french fries was good the mashed potatoes too salty and the gravy had a little bit too much pepper the hot sauce like they have for taco sauce it's Tabasco sauce the seasoned salts spicy one was good I liked it and hushpuppies was cooked a little too long and it took them a little long say 30 to 40 minutes for us to get her food the people was coming in ordering after they got done ordering their order numbers was called and ours was the last one to get out of the kitchen and I asked for it to go box and the guy says chicken tenders to go I said no I don't think you give free chicken tenders I would like a to go box so he gave me a to-go box and he says yeah we do not give food for free it was kind of funny...

They really need to listen better when they are taking orders instead of being in such a hurry to rush the order through. I went today and ordered a number 1, spicy with corn nuggets and fries. And a 9 piece gizzard. I got home and they gave me regular tenders instead of spicy tenders so then i had a very upset high schooler because he had to eat plain regular tenders. There's not enough time in their lunch break for me to have went back and swapped them. So he had to eat them. Really disappointed me. Ordered chicken strips, mac and cheese, and fried okra. When the called my number I went up to get my food and asked for honey mustard for my chicken and ranch for my okra. They wouldn't give it to me. Tried to charge me for it. Said you have gravy for dipping and ketchup and honey is free. The honey is disgusting here. Dark like molasses and very bitter. The mac and cheese is horrible, like dirty dish water or something. Extremely disappointed. I go to the Chicken Expresses elsewhere and really like them.
