Hacienda El Asadero — Restaurant in Paoli

Hacienda El Asadero is a Mexican restaurant at the heart of Paoli. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It is simple and inviting. It has colorful artwork and pictures and inviting staff. The chairs and the tables are colorful and clean. The people are very friendly here. They have an extensive menu that includes many choices and is happy to make to order with additional changes I had to the burrito.

My wife and I visited three other Mexican restaurants in French lick before landing here; all were terrible, and we almost gave up till I entered this location.

Zack was so helpful and made me feel welcomed. He showed me the menu and asked questions while offering to seat us. He took the time to make us feel they wanted us here.

The dishes were substantial portions and VERY delicious. I also liked the dishes because there was not so much food that you had to stuff yourself and feel bad, but an excellent portion to feel satisfied. Their menu prices are very affordable and worth every penny.

I had a good-sized burrito with Mexican rice and beans. My wife had the steak fajitas and said they were maybe the best seasoned she has had in 47 years. I highly recommend this restaurant, not just for the excellent food but also for the excellent personnel,...

LOVE this place! I'm a busy Mom of 4 & running constantly, so this is 1 of my Order & Pick up Staples bc it's so good even hours later or the next day if I get too busy! I used to live in Texas & they had AMAZING Mexican food! Coming to Southern Indiana, we had to stop looking for good places bc they were all watered down & lacking flavor! But this place surprised me & now I'm hooked! The food is flavorful & very good! Great portions. It is a CLEAN restaurant! & The staff has been FANTASTIC! I typically deal with the same waitress mostly. A few times it's been another & they have all been friendly & helpful. The main lady I deal with most always greets me & is really friendly & helpful! I’m not from around here but this restaurant sure makes me want to visit more often. I parked my Semi at the Walmart walked over for dinner, so my fellow truckers you have no excuse. I was greeted at the door and seated within seconds. Drinks and chips arrived in the next 2 minutes. Order taken and delivered to my table in less then 20 minutes maybe. They all work together asking if I needed anything (which is amazing nothing worse then having to hunt a waiter down for service).
