Corn Coast Brewing Taproom — Restaurant in Papillion

Corn Coast Brewery is a hidden gem in La Vista and one of my favorite local spots to relax and enjoy some seriously good craft beer. Their selection is impressive — whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth lagers, or something seasonal and unique, there’s always something worth trying. I love that they offer beer flights, which let you sample a wide variety and find your favorite. Every time I visit, the quality of the beer is consistent and top-notch.

The patio seating is a major bonus, especially on nice days. It’s a comfortable, laid-back space that makes it easy to spend a few hours with friends. Inside, the vibe is clean and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything is — even the restrooms, which isn’t always the case at breweries.

Another great touch: they regularly host food trucks, so there’s usually something tasty to eat while you enjoy your drinks. I also really appreciate the effort they’ve put into their merch — high-quality hats, shirts, and gear that you’d actually want to wear.

Clean, inviting taproom with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and the beer was very tasty, especially the 2024 bourbon barrel-aged stout. Even my wife liked it, and is not a fan of imperial stout.
