Frescos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Paradise Township

Truly a great addition to our town. Update: I would like to mention that I’m not sure how I feel about supporting a business ran by someone that doesn’t tip people who do work for them. *Not their employees. Hearing that was rather off-putting.

The setup is similar to chipotle where you pick your base which could be rice or lettuce (for our vegan friends inquiring), protein (the chicken is rather bland), beans, then proceed to queso, sautéed peppers, salsas, veggies, and sauces. There’s a great variety of options to make your bowl everything you want it to be. All was fresh.

The chips are super light and crispy, the guac is flavorful, and each of the sauces are a delicious pairing for any bowl in my opinion.

That being said, I’m satisfied with the portions and even have leftovers for work the next day.

6/10 might come back on days I don’t feel like cooking....

Update about a year after leaving original review : this place is amazing. Very very clean. All the food is fresh ! Taste amazing. Good prices. Awesome customer service!!! I'm very picky with meat but this place has fresh good quality meat ! The chips are so fresh and the salsa is also fresh and tastes so yummy. I'm telling you stop by and try this place you will not be disappointed!!!

The food here is absolutely amazing and that is not an exaggeration!! I was also super happy to see the same gentleman that worked at the taco bell are working here ! Makes the place that much better bc the employees are...

Disappointing... was hoping for something halfway decent.. but this isn't Mexican food more like cafeteria tex mex done poorly... the meat is all pre cooked and kept in warmers and low quality ingredients.. the guacamole was from a container they had left on counters with no refrigeration it's a shame.. it's places like this is why people don't like Mexican food, If this was my first experience with Mexican food I'd...
