My family and I were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos and decided to venture out to try a local hibachi spot. We noticed that this place had just opened, so we thought it would be fun to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the decor. It's truly something to see—elegant yet playful, with bold, artistic touches that make the ambiance feel both welcoming and unique.
For a Saturday night, the restaurant was bustling, which was impressive considering they had just opened their doors. Despite the crowd, the staff made us feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a wonderful experience.
Now, onto the food—it was exceptional! Each dish was crafted with the freshest ingredients, cooked right in front of us with skill and flair. I ordered a combination of shrimp, scallops, and filet mignon, and each element was perfectly prepared. The shrimp were plump, juicy, and had that subtle sweetness that only comes from being perfectly cooked. The scallops were tender and had a delicate, buttery flavor that melted in my mouth. And the filet mignon—cooked to a perfect medium rare—was tender, flavorful, and just melted with every bite. The hibachi chefs really know how to elevate simple ingredients into something spectacular.
But the food was only part of the experience. The chefs were incredibly skilled, not just with their culinary techniques but with their showmanship. One chef even performed magic tricks while cooking, which was a hit with everyone, especially the kids. The atmosphere was lively, family-friendly, and full of energy, making it a great spot for a fun night out.
Overall, we had an amazing time. The combination of great food, talented chefs, and a welcoming environment makes this place a must-visit. We'll...

Review for Paradise Hibachi Steakhouse I recently dined at Paradise Hibachi Steakhouse, and I regret to say it was a profoundly disappointing experience. While the ambiance initially seemed inviting, the lack of quality in both food and service quickly overshadowed any positive aspects, especially when weighed against the steep prices. Our group consisted of four adults and two children, which unexpectedly triggered the automatic gratuity of 18%. In Pennsylvania, this is typically applied for parties of eight or more, yet there was absolutely no signage to inform us of this policy. With no drinks ordered, we were shocked to see our bill exceed $300, which felt ridiculously overpriced for such basic hibachi fare. To further illustrate the absurdity of the situation, local statistics indicate that the average cost for dining in a family-friendly hibachi restaurant in Pennsylvania ranges from $15 to $30 per person, drinks included. This makes our experience feel even more exasperating, as the food was utterly mediocre, lacking both flavor and presentation—certainly not worth the exorbitant price tag. In conclusion, my experience at Paradise Hibachi Steakhouse left much to be desired. I found it to be excessively overpriced for the quality of food and service provided, and I cannot in good conscience recommend dining here. If you’re searching for a legitimate hibachi experience, you would do well to look elsewhere; this place certainly fell short of its promise...
Read moreUPGRADE REVIEW .. 8/17/25 My first review was a total negative , definitely a different experience when we sat at a table without the show . The service was great, the amount of food was more than enough and very enjoyable.
First review below Very disappointed. I was expecting a show with good food. What I got was smoked out due to no exhaust over the grill. Very small portion of the rice and noodles. Bland tasting filet mignon, chicken and shrimp. The soup was lightly flavored water, salad was basic lettuce with dressing. Nothing special at all. The chef show was blah, and drink service for refills is non existent. Leaking air conditioner vent over me was unpleasant being dripped on during dinner. Way over prices for the amount of food that was given. Normally you always walk out with left overs. Not here, we all left still hungry. Since they just opened hopefully things will change as time goes on. But for now we will not be going back anytime soon. Only thing good was the couple and their kids we sat with, they were great company. Expect to pay at least $50.00 per person with no dessert. Children's menu pricing wasn't any cheaper than the adult menu. Very expensive, again longer shows with more excitement, more food and refills on water and soda and maybe this place might make it. As for the party I was with, we will not be going back...
