Arby's — Restaurant in Paragould

Went to ARBY's last night and when fiancée'got home with our classic roast beef sandwiches and when I took my first bite,got a long hair in my mouth and then he took a bite of his sandwich same thing long hair.took me 22 yes 22 time's of calling ARBY's& it kept going to fax& on the 23rd attempt finally got a answer,spoke with Alex the manager and told him that we both had hair's in our sandwiches and he acted as if oh well and? I am like listen this is totally unacceptable and y'all are just down right nasty.you need to tell your employees to wear hair nets and he said oh come bk & I will replace your order.well guess what I don't want our order replaced, I want our$$$ bk cause trust and believe I will never ever eat @ ARBY's again.just plain NASTY& now I am sick.🤢& Mad 😠...Be aware of ARBY's in Paragould.& Yes I am going to call the health...

Traveling thru to Arkansas and stopped in for Lunch because my husband had a coupon for 2 dine $9.99. This Arby’s restrooms were spotless. Walking up to the counter we noticed that the tables that were empty were very clean as well as the floors and most importantly the area around the soda dispensers. The cashier was very polite and patient with me ordering. When the manager step up to help the cashier with the register he was so patient to the cashier and you could tell he was very good with his staff. While we were eating I commented to my husband that the manager was wiping down the soda area and cleaning tables of customers that had just left. You would think he was the owner. We were graded when we came in I continue to order to fish sandwiches to frys and soda and asked if I had coffee the gentleman that way it on us said we have coffee but we none that is made so I waited I thought he would offer to make a pot no replies so I said well just give me a soda we got our dinner quite quickly and I was eating I was watching this one fellow he was leaning on the counter a lot said that he couldn't wait on this one customer because he was a window person that the girl would have to get his order that keeps continue to do nothing that I could see and take his hands straighten his hair put his headphone back on and continue to walk around he did not wash his hands after messing with his hair which I thought was very gross I don't think I...
