Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Paragould

Twice I have ordered from Dominoes Paragould this week. June 28th being the most recent. Received new coupons this week in the mail. Keep in mind I have several choices of places to order pizza from locally and their coupons as well. I chose your services. 1st experience fairly decent. Second experience, the worst I have ever had ordering pizza for delivery. First off there was no coupon code for the coupon mailed out. I noted in the special instruction for driver section I had the circular coupon for 8.99 for the product I ordered plus tax and delivery. Also reauested Paremsan Cheese. What pizzaria does not have Parmesan cheese? Upon arrival the food was hot. But that is the only thing positive. The delivery driver tells me since I already paid electronically he couldnt refund my money. Which was less than the 20 they carry. Well thats simply not true. It was noted on the order I had a coupon . There is no code for it. And it is for carry out and delivery. The manager had the information and should have sent the difference in cost via cash or at least put it back on my card. Neither was offered. In addition no Parmesan cheese? I was told nothing be could done. Well yes. There is. I am writing this review. Then I am going to share my experience. For a store manager to send a kid driver out with a head full of excuses as to why they didnt want to do good business and by definition their job is a sorry thing to do. I dont blame the driver. However because of this transaction I did not tip him. The fact of the matter is unless this issue is corrected and made right. I will never return to Dominoes for pizza. Nor will I ever reccomend them to a single soul. Order number is 123 on June 28th. What I believe happened is the Manager most likely had counted the money down in the store as is common knowledge happens and simply was to lazy , or didnt care enough to do the right thing and sent the driver out with some lame excuse blaming corporate for everything. The order was place around 11:30 pm and I live less than 5 minutes away. There is simply no excuse. The pizza wasnt even cut all of the way through and it look like a first grader tried to cut it. I have never taken the time to write a negative review. But I take issue with this experience because I was simply lied too and excuses made for people not caring enough to do their job. If this isnt made right theirs always Marcos or Pizza Inn or Little Caesars or Papa Johns whom I know will welcome the business. An the word of mouth advertisement. I wont be back if this isnt made right. Simple as...

This is the second time this week I have ordered from Dominos and both times have been bad experiences. The first time it took 45 minutes for my order to arrive at my home, and normally I get good customer service and the gentlemen that had take my order was rather rude, I gave them the benefit of the doubt though because it was later at night (after 10). The second time was a couple days later and earlier in the evening, but after the typical dinner time. I called from my phone and was put on hold for seven minutes, I then hung up and proceeded to call back, I had called back seven times because I kept getting hung up on, they would pick the phone up then hang up, so I decided to call from my husbands phone, no problem then, placed my order within three minutes, I said something about my occurrences and the lady proceeded to tell me "sorry it's just me and another girl here and we have been very busy, and all of our drivers are out on delivery." She never once offered to give me any kind of compensation for the troubles or anything! She rudely said well your total is such in such, and it will be ready in twenty to twenty five minutes click, and hung the phone up. What great customer service these ladies...

Edit: Placed online order then received a phone call from store because they didn't have "enough" delivery drivers, fair enough, I decided I would change it to carry out. Original total came to $33 and some change after delivery fee and 15% tip...the lady changed my order for carry out but the total only lowered the price $3....$33 minus 15% and the $3.99 delivery fee is almost $10...ended up doing a full refund, absolutely WILL NOT be ordering from this particular store anymore. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. (Original 1 star review was from 5 years ago, kind of not understanding how this store is even open still.)

Ordered last week online for carryout, didnt pay attention at the store on how bad my order was messed up, had to go back up there and get it corrected. Ordered today over the phone, she repeated everything I ordered back to me, but somehow she still didnt get the order correct. When i got to the store i had them add what was left off, waited, just for that to be incorrect as well. Will be ordering Papa John's or somewhere else...
