Fazoli's — Restaurant in Paragould

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Fazoli's in Paragould Arkansas. I was visiting the area and I decided to grab an early dinner there. The young lady who took my order was so nice and friendly. All I wanted was fettuccine and lasagna, so I was looking at the samplers but she suggested the lunch special and I am so glad she did. It was absolutely the perfect portion for me and I am so thankful for her recommendation. She also brought me 2 bread sticks with my meal, and when she noticed they were gone she immediately asked me if I would like more. I appreciated that I didn't have to get up to ask her for them as she was right on top of it. She was so friendly and helpful and she provided top notch service. I highly recommend this location and if I am ever in Paragould Arkansas again I will absolutely make another trip...

So maybe it's just the fact that it is fast food but it was not impressive. I wanted to try and see if it was worth to make it a regular place but....NOPE. Salad lettuce was old, Alfredo was runny and dull tasting. No smiles and no curteousness in the attitudes of the staff. I'm not sure it's fair to compare to Olive Garden but it's the only point of reference. Its way cheaper than Olive Garden and a lot faster, but its not authenticly tasteful and there is no atmosphere. Maybe it'll get better with time but it'll be hard to convince the wife to take another chance. THE BREADSTICKS ARE AMAZING THOUGH! Five...

Don't go here today, they are short staffed. Although people were inside, eating inside. We got locked inside because they decided to shut the lobby down after we were inside washing our hands in the restroom. Walked up to the counter and were told we could not eat there. While being escorted to the door, we inquired about the other people eating inside. They stated they were here before we decided to shut the lobby down. Escorted out to a locked door like they were security for the lobby. Strange experience, so moral of the story is they are short staffed today so don't bother them today, and go...
