Hardee’s — Restaurant in Paragould

It's 3am and I went through the drive through got my bacon burger and curly fries. The young lady working the drive through was great. She was very nice went above and beyond. I called the store so I could get her name the young man I spoke with let me know he is also a manager I didn't catch his name but he was also nice when i some to him. So i went on to tell him how nice the young lady was to me and i wanted to let someone know. The young ladies name is Shawna. We small talked at the window talking about how I like extra ice in my sprite because I sit it on my bedside table and eat the ice throughout the night when I get up and down. She said she likes hers with no ice because it's already cold and she gets more to drink. But anyways. She came back to the window a moment later and gave me an extra cup of ice. She didn't have to do that for me but she did. She went above and beyond. I wouldn't have expected anyone to ever do that. I appreciate her kindness and being thoughtful. Most businesses have gotten away from the importance of not just fast but friendly service. Shawna i hope you get to read this and i want you to know you made my night!! Your awesome keep doing what your doing! Your a star and Hardee's is fortunate to have you as a crew member. Also my food was fresh and it didn't take me long to get it. Took me longer to write this review than it did to receive my order. Thumbs up Hardee's 👍 keep up the GREAT work. I'll definitely be back soon if this is the service and quality I'll receive Shawna has set the standard so let's see how it goes on...

Price/Quality is not in harmony. The meal I ordered cost as much as getting a great meal, food quality was poor, Drive Through Service was a bit below average.

The worst thing about my visit was the taste-the Chicken Strip basket was full of Hard strips, had a slight "grease is slightly overdue" taste. You can tell when the fryers haven't been cleaned often enough-The taste is reflected in the food. The worst part of our order was the cold, previously reheated curls. They had all the tastes of very old fries that had been in a cold, minimally functioning warmer, and had that old grease taste as well. They were also both cold and slightly burned.

I was hungry and ate them anyway and ended up with a stomach ache and a few regrets. :/

I did not try their breakfast and as with many Hardee's the breakfast experience may be much better. As for Quality Comparasion I have been here, Piggott, & Kennett. Piggott's is about 4-5x the quality and freshness, Id give them about a 4.5 Rating, Kennett about a 3.5-4 Pts So my review does not reflect a dislike of Hardees food in general.

If you want a great breakfast I do recommend the Piggott, Ar location as my last few visits there were pretty good, lunch was decent quality there too! My Review of this Location may be Limited: I didn't feel like returning after the food gave both myself and my toddler a stomach ache.

Would I recommend to a friend-No! If you love Hardee's use the Storefinder to find a better option, with better reviews in your local, or near local area.

Bad service and wrong food. We paid for our meal the first lady was super nice, she left to go prepare the food and such, she never came back. A younger girl then came to the window and asked for 26$ with a meal in her hand, she was super rude and asked what we ordered she then told us to pull forward and they would bring it out. So now there's a line of cars behind us which when we first got there we were the only car in line. We had already been waiting a little over ten minutes. We ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich, one burger was the famous star where I switched the special sauce for mayo and ketchup, and no onion and tomato when I received this one it only had mayo and ketchup. No lettuce and no pickles nothing just sauce and patty. The other burger we ordered was the new steakhouse angus burger with no tomato we received the burger with tomato No onion. so two of our burgers were wrong. It's honestly not that hard to make a burger. We also ended up paying full price 2.60$ for a new drink when asking for a refill the original was Full of ice with little drink. My main concern is how did they forget to make our food when the car behind up had a higher total than us and they got there 5 minutes after we had been waiting... Doesn't make sense. Our total was...
