Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Paragould

I started this review off as one of the lowest reviews that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I work for customer service myself as a career. I called this location, simply wanting a pizza after a long long day of traveling for my job. The initial caller took my order, promising me 20–25 minutes to expedited delivery. After several times of him trying to get my order correct, even messing my credit card up after me repeating it to him several times, changed my delivery time to get my pizza, to 35–40 minutes. I was very upset! I'm hungry and all I want is a simple meal, from being on the road. The manager at the location was condescending to me as well. After finding out about the experience I received a personal phone call from Brandon W. the owner, that touched me. He was very sincere on making sure that I was taken care of. He refunded my money, which was not necessary. I was just upset at how I was handled by the staff at the store. People make mistakes. I do it myself, sometimes. Brandon sincerely made it right. We started coming here about two years ago because the food was consistently good and so was the help - Madison & the other fella. The last six months, however, the food has gone down hill and the help certainly has!! Today was the final straw - the crustless pizza bowl looked like a two year old prepared it. I asked for my money back. Nothing in/on it. Shocked! Pretty safe to assume the guys working there are eating the profits! NEVER any cheese, forks, lids etc and there hasn't been in MONTHS! I was nice enough to remove my first bad review when they asked nicely. Called in a pizza, went to pick it up over 30 minutes later, and they didn’t have the pizza ready. They didn’t even have the order.

They then proceeded to tell us that there would be an hour wait for a single pizza. Really?!

Also, the lady we spoke with was very rude, didn’t even give us an apology, and didn’t give us any sort of compensation for absolutely 100% screwing up.

Luckily for them I took my first review down. It was a much worse experience. 0/10 would never recommend. Little Caesar’s right next door is much friendlier and reliable. Did I mention it’s a lot...
