Dunkin' — Restaurant in Paramus

As a paramus resident I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location since its opened and I am at my breaking point with their customer service. I had a Tmobile Tuesday free medium late coupon which they did not honor on two seperate occassions in the rudest way possible. The vulgar manner in which I was spoken to left me feeling embarassed and extremly uncomfortable

The lady who im assuming is the owner/manager right away told me I can only use it on Tuesdays and when I showed her it lasted a week she immediately lied to me and told me she had to download an app onto the register in order to scan it which would take an hour and then the following time told me that I would have to wait 10 min for the latte machine to finish cleaning because it automatically cleans itself, mind you this was mid day when they are busy.

So when I went to two other Dunkin location's to get my Lattes I nonchalantly asked them if they needed to download an app onto their registers and if their machines randomly cleaned themselves and as I suspected they told me I...

I ordered a small ice matcha latte as usual and they served my drink in a defective cup that the drink exploded out of the side of the cup and splashed all over on my cloth but the server did not say a word about the incident but just standing there and staring at me. And I have noticed that they have served the drink with the full cup of ice and a little bit of drink. And then this lady came up with just an extra cup without the refill nor a refund. I asked for a full refund but she just gave me an extra cup instead with saying something that I could not understand because of her accent. Did I pay for a cup full of ice or what? I can understand that they have used a low quality cup but their low quality service how they react to the situation like this. This place is rigged with unprofessional and untrained employees. No manager was there at the moment to complain about either. What a Dunkin...They charge way too much for a full of ice with low quality of service. I do not recommend this...

If I were you, I'd run far away from this place. Seriously, this Dunkin' is a total mess: horrible location, horrible staff, and the quality is garbage. The whole restaurant looks old and is flat-out dirty. My order was a joke. I asked for 50 Munchkins and they ripped me off, giving me only 48. I was crystal clear: I wanted only Jelly, Glazed, and Chocolate Glazed flavors. And guess what? They messed that up, too, throwing in those gross Boston Kreme ones. Me and my friends hate Boston Kreme, and even if we didn't, there was barely any cream inside! Same exact fail with the Jelly Munchkins—they had almost no jelly. It was such a HUGE letdown. I really wish they had done their job right. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but when the service is this trashy multiple times, it’s not okay. I know other people who have been through this, and other reviews online say the exact same things: wrong orders, burned food, and incomplete items are just the normal here.
