-Nice staff and good food. The atmosphere was nice. -There is a bar area for patrons. -Fajitas were good, good came out fresh, and meat was seasoned well and cooked right. Chile Relleno was good, according to my date. -Chips were fresh -Salsa wasn't bad, it had a strong spice that was a little over powering. I think I would have liked it if it had been toned done just a bit. -Enjoyed all the sides; guacamole, beans, rice. They were all on par for what to expect from TexMex in the area. We sat in a booth and the cushioning was basically gone. Would be nice too not hot boards when sitting down. -Wait staff did linger between bar and kitchen chatting getting ready for the evening busy crowd. I don't mind, but for many that's unprofessional. -Door, when exiting wouldn't open. There was a "trick" that someone waiting pointed out. -We definitely will eat there again. Plenty of options that looked...

It was great when we dined in even though they were out of the flan I was looking forward to. I even spoke to someone and they said they would make sure to have it for me the next day as we were just visiting for a short while. So when I ordered for take out the next day, they only had 1 flan left. When I went to pick up my order about 20 minutes later, I was told there was an incident with the flan in which it had been dropped on the floor so I didn't get any flan after all. There was not even an offer to make up for that which usually most places would do. The cheese enchiladas I ordered had to be eaten by hand because the cutlery was not strong enough to cut through it and the chips were a huge disappointment as compared to how tasty they were when dining in as it was a HUGE difference from today as they were not warmed up and tasted stale. I was definitely disappointed with my 2nd...

On the rounds of Paris's mexican offerings we gave Alex's a shot. First impressions were from my menu that had food and goo remnants in it. Not a good sign. The chips and salsa had a bag and bucket taste (very bland). My first choice for dinner was "sold out" which tells me frozen not made in house. Well then came the main course, as you can see from photos looked ok, but again bland even my daughter had to salt her food. The only spice I could detect was chili powder and the chicken meat was so minced up it looked canned. We were going to order desert but the waitress decided for us, that we were finished and brought us the check without even asking if we wanted anything else. As we left the restaurant ( we entered through the bar entrance) we saw the "C" rating from the County health department. Figures. Won't be back! On to the next mexican restaurant Paris has to offer. Thanks...

Ordered takeout and was disappointed that for $40 for a single meal, large queso, and a half gallon of margarita that I should get home with my food to find out you have to order the chips to go with your queso for $3.75 per small bag, and when you order the fajitas you should make sure and tell them you want your onions and peppers cooked instead of raw and crunchy. And emphasize that you would like the peppers or else you will get a single piece of bell pepper and an entire raw lukewarm onion. They raised their prices and severely lowered their standards. Definitely lost us as regular customers and we will make sure to not bring friends or family here anymore either.

The food was good though a bit pricier than I expected for a place that doesn't seem to have much recognition nor business. The salsa was mild. Some TexMex restaurants keep your chip & salsa bowl full. This place didn't offer more chips nor salsa. In place of rice & beans I asked for salad no tomatoes. It was little more than a bowl of lettuce with a lil cheese tossed on. Five meals with drinks & a bowl plus a cup of queso was $54. Nothing seemed exceptional; though, I wouldn't have a problem eating here again.
