Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Paris

They were a little off their game when visited. A fellow customer came up with her shack containing her order, gave it back to the employee who gave it to her & said this order has fries, I didn't order fries. The employee didn't even take the bag from her hand she just stuck her hand in the bag grabbed out the fries and slam them in the trash very angrily and said well that's what came up on the prompter! But she should have been nice and said oh I'm sorry let me make sure you weren't charged for those, right? Okay when I got home with my order my fries were so old they were crunchy I mean they scrape the bottom of the barrel and got the crumbs up from the bottom. My fries they were terrible. I do remember the ones that were thrown away from the other customer were nice big hole fries found myself wishing I had her fries, LOL. Yep they were having a bad day at Braum's that day. The guy that waited on me was freaking out because he had to make 4 milkshakes. And he wasn't cooking the burgers or anything he was just taking orders and making drinks. There was no one waiting in line behind me but yet he kept hollering for the others that he needed help he had four shakes to make, LOL. You know that the others wouldn't help him and they shouldn't, I mean that wasn't a big...

Love Braum's ice cream.. hands down better than any other ice cream can pick up and take home Häagen-Dazs, Blue Bell, are all second class compared.. their milk is also extra delicious.. next time you go grab a jug & try it.. shakes are the best by far.. with lots of flavor combinations to choose from. And every single one I've tried has been spectacular. Also whether you order a big meal or a single small Junior Burger they take care of your order like it's priority number one.. the only very minor downsides I've noticed is, the limeades can vary pretty drastically from visit to visit, sometimes you'll get a large and it'll seem to have a small amount of lime in it and will taste kind of bland and on more than one occasion, I kid you not, I actually watched them squeeze 9 whole limes into my 32oz drink, which was a little overboard and very tart. But I always get them anyway. even their large order of fries seems small but maybe that's just because I cant get enough of...

Our experience at this Braum's was one of the best fast food experiences we have had in a long time! The young lady at the drive-thru window made sure to let us know which tea was sweet and which was unsweet when she handed us our drinks. That is a big deal for us because I drink sweet, and my fiance can not. In the past, we've had issues with getting both sweet or both unsweet or have to taste test to see which was which. Our entire order was made correctly, which is rare as well. We did have to pull up and wait for our order, but it was well worth the wait for fresh fries. The young man that brought the order out was very polite and reminded us the fries were hot. It was very refreshing to see people care about their job and customers!
