KFC — Restaurant in Paris

Drive-thru...... rude. Felt rushed while trying to give my order. Had my elderly mother with me and was told that the next time she asked for senior discount that SHE had to be in the driver seat or for her to come in to get the senior discount. I told them not to worry about it. I was then told that I would have to wait an extra 10 minutes for my extra sandwich I ordered. I said that was fine. Was asked to pull to the fence. After 10 minutes my order was brought to my vehicle. I found that I was missing a sandwich. When I went back in, I was told that I didn't order the extra sandwich. THATS BECAUSE THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER RUSHED ME AND DIDNT HEAR ME!!! I asked for a receipt and no I was not charged for the extra sandwich. I believe it may have been the night shift mod who said that he would need to charge me if I wanted that extra sandwich. I didnt want to have to wait again so I declined. I asked for BBQ sauce twice and BBQ sauce was not in the bag. Had to go back in for BBQ sauce and a fork for Mac n cheese. This was not a pleasant experience. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY PAYING CUSTOMERS THEN FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOESNT INVOLVE CUSTOMERS!!! To the employee who brought me my food and to the employee that was at the counter when I had to go in, thank you for being kind! Maybe if all of your employees were like you two then this location wouldn't be seeing such low rating...

Probably worst KFC I've been to. Ordered famous bowl and what chicken they gave me over half has so hard I had crush it with my fingers and for $10 you only get 5 small pieces of chicken, so basically paid 10 bucks for bowl mashed potatoes Corn and gravy, but what set it off it on employee want get mad try say wasn't hard but not once did manager apologize or say anything. So now I have bowl with chicken that seems like it's been cook hrs or day before, and I wasn't rude I even told them sorry and for ppl there you chose work there your gonna have deal with ppl and somtomes things happen but get off that high horse but I can promise way you and your attitude and by way you cook this nasty food that's probably as far as your going go unless you get off that high horse. My advice go somewhere else in pairs its waste of money And...

Why there is no zero star rating is beyond me...this is the most disgusting restaurant I've walked into in years. The service is beyond awful and rude. The food on the bar was way over cooked and painful to eat... I took about three bites and put my warped plastic fork down. My plastic fork wouldn't cup through the mashed potatoes. As I sat there a guy came over and emptied the trash right next to me and moments later a woman came over and was sweeping at my feet...close enough her broom brushed my shoe...ridiculous as I was one of just another couple in the entire place. Get some manners. Fine some decent help or close the doors. You'll never see me back. Rate...
