Went to the new location Nonnis Pizza last evening for my husbands birthday with friends. I’m saddened to leave this review & thought best not too. But at the end of the day, this was the not what we expected. The front staff looked confused & came to be, definitely was. They were all over the place…. Now dinner: said dining in, pizza served in a box, have burnt on bottom, other half cooked okay, why others received theirs on pizza pans. Then my friends meat ball sub was served with cold meatballs & burnt bun on bottom. She did not eat it, took it home for her pets. The my salad finally came, had to remind them to bring my salad dressing. I asked about my eggplant parmigiana I ordered. Again, look confused, check ticket and realized they never heated it up. So , the sandwich came 20 minutes after the pizza, my dinner came when we were ready to leave. “Un- except able” at best.
Definitely will not be returning. Suggestion: To keep your staff from screaming name of customer. How about order numbers for the tables. It was disappointing to hear other customers talking about the confusion of the front staff and food wait. You go to dinner to dine with friends along to eat with them!
Family Table definitely a better atmosphere, service & food, but a little pricier. The owner is only one human being. Stick to one place and do it right. Or build a small shack next to Family Table and service pizza from that. Along with some picnic tables.. That would be awesome.
Apologies for having to write this review. Just so disheartened couldn’t...
Read moreWorking downtown Paris I've had the privilege of watching them grow from a small building to the establishment they are in now. First I will start with the amazing selection of drinks they have. Not to mention the outstanding delectable desserts, but good luck choosing just one! My husband and I love the Tony soprano sub sandwich. It is so large that it feeds us for both dinner and lunch the next day. The pizza slices are extremely large and very reasonably priced! Today I went in and had the meatball parm on a large garlic knot. it was amazing! And again it was so large that I will have it for lunch tomorrow also. Now let's get to the most important thing in my opinion, is the crew that works there. They are kind and helpful and want to make sure that your experience is wonderful. Chef is a true community person! He opens up opportunities to many of his employees that they may have never had. He also has another restaurant called The family table in which his commitment to the community is unending! His outreach goes beyond what most people know. We are not only proud but lucky to have such a couple in our community that puts the...
Read moreWith over 10 orders under my belt, the only certainty at this pizzeria seems to be its inconsistency. Whether it's a delightful surprise or a letdown, the element of unpredictability adds a unique twist to each dining experience. The fluctuating quality might leave you questioning the hefty bill, especially on the off days when the pizza falls short. While the ambiance and occasional culinary triumphs can justify the cost, be prepared for a hit-or-miss affair that might leave your wallet feeling lighter than your satisfaction. My recent order from this pizzeria left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the pizza was not just inconsistent; it was downright inedible due to being extremely undercooked. The dough resembled a raw state more than a crisp crust, and the toppings lacked the flavor that a properly cooked pizza should offer. It's a disappointing turn that raises serious concerns about the kitchen's attention to detail and overall quality control. Every visit is a gamble on what the pizza gods have in store for your taste buds. I...
