My mother passed away in January 2024 and needed food for the repast. Angel was referred to us from a PC city employee whom he had catered an event for, she gave them rave reviews. Well we decided at the last minute to add pulled pork and Angel was able to accommodate us. His lovely wife met my hubby at a much earlier time before their opening the next morning. The food was amazing!!!! My family cannot thank Angels bbq enough for not only the best pulled pork but for accommodating us at such short notice. Will have to say this was the best BBQ ribs that I have had here in Bay county. The sides are your standard BBQ sides. Felt like they were big box store bought.

The pulled pork was real juicy and tender. Smoked chicken was great. Good flavor and smoke taste.

Ribs were a really nice change from what is available around bay county. They have a slight kick to the seasoning (not a fan) but it was enjoyable. Glad to see that the Pit Master doesn't drown the ribs in a bath of sauce, they leave it up to the patron.
