This place is getting 2 stars.

1st off, I ordered my food at approx. 7:48pm. A monday night, I wouldn't expect anymore than an hour wait. My food did not arrive until 9:57pm (when the driver called). 2 hours later... -1 star

2nd off, the food was sort of warm. Makes me think it sat around. When I called at 8:40 and asked for an ETA, they said 'They're still cooking the food.'. Okay, rather strange, but whatever. Not sure if I believe it. -1 star

3rd driver didn't get out of his car to come to my door. I had my door open, light was on, he saw me walk outside onto my door step and wait, but he just kinda looked at me. I had to come to him. After waiting 2 hours? Call me knit picky, but they really took their time and didn't seem to care. -1 star

The saving grace was the food quality. Tastes fantastic, veggies in my spice beef combo tasted fresh, the beef was very tender, and the fried rice was cooked properly. They even threw in a can of soda for the wait, which is why this place is getting a 2 star.

Overall, service wasn't very good. The food however, was very good. I won't be in a hurry to order from these guys again. I'll gladly spend the tip money on my own gas...

Horrible experience. Had I not paid for my order in advance I would've walked away from the ordering window, as I'm not accustomed to paying for bad service. The counter help was very rude and dismissive. Once my order was ready it was placed on the makeshift counter, and the staff member walked away without any departing salutations.

I'm assuming, and I never pull the race card, but the treatment of a caucasian customer ahead of me was stellar. It was only when they looked ahead to me that his smile disappeared, and the attitude surfaced. I don't know, maybe he had a bad experience with a POC before I arrived. No reason to take it out on me though.

As for the food, even if I was treated like my dollar mattered, wouldn't go back. The food was bland and appeared to be rushed. The rice was undercooked, dry, and the rest of the dish also lacked appeal.

Definitely not a place I plan to patronize again. Like I said, I refuse to pay for...

Cashier is extremely disrespectful. I placed my order online and was told what time to come pick up. When I got there the lady was watching movies on her phone and said she didn’t get a notification that I placed my order online. She was very hesitant to make my food and raised her voice at me to ask if I wanted the food still. This is not the first time she has delayed to prepare my order. I then asked for a discount or anything to suffice and she got very angry and said she can only give me 0.50 cents.. I said okay. She rushed and prepared my food that was packed with oil. Be aware that the lady is rude, she is always watching movies on her phone, very unprofessional, the kitchen is dirty. Please be aware of these things before allowing someone to prepare your food for you. People are doing bad things now and days with...
