Waste of time and effort!
Ordered for PICKUP online at 0740pm, email confirmation claimed food would be ready at 0755pm. I drove and arrived at the store @0815pm, main restaurant was closed, so I had to queue with the drive-thru line to pick up the order. When I got to window at around 0825pm, I was told that my food was not ready and I was instructed to go around and queue again for it to be ready (take note that there were a lot of cars on queue, hence why I ordered online to be able to skip the queue and pick up my order right away)... so I went around and queued again, I arrived at the window the 2nd time around at 0840pm, and I was told again that the food was not ready. I explained that I had ordered 1 hr ago, to which I got the reply of "we know." I was assured that the food would be ready in 20 minutes and was asked to wait and queue again after 20 mins had passed. 0900pm came around and i queued again--when I got the order station, I was told again that the food was not ready and I was PROMISED that my order would be ready in 12 mins because their fryers died and cooled down (yeah right). I patiently waited again, and when 0912pm came around, I was told that they only had the crispy chicken instead of the original recipe that I had ordered online. I asked them if they didn't see that I ordered the original or if I ordered incorrectly. I was brushed off, and at this point, I just opted to take it as I had been waiting for more than an hour and a half for this order. It took until 0925 for them to hand me my completed order.
Had I known that the original recipe that I had previously ordered was unavailable, I would not have opted to wait in the first place and would have just asked for a refund from my online order. And take note that the entire time, I was outside in my car driving around the lot, being instructed to go around time and again--talk about a waste of time and gas. NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGIES, NO TRANSPARENCY on what is really going on. Wasted 1 hr and 45 mins, which I will never get back.

At 9:15 I pulled around to the drive-thru and was attempted to be handed a bag. “I said to Makayla, no Thank you I would like a refund.” She requested the manager. The manager said we don’t do refunds. Yelling to Makayla to see me to point me to the sign in the window, that read “No refunds.” I said no problem and asked for a receipt. I then hear the manager yell “What’s the problem?" She just ordered. I said to Makyala I ordered before 9pm even the receipt says so. The bag that was being handed to me still was missing my items. “I asked makayla “So let me get this straight, you all don’t do refunds I wait for my food for 15mins and the order is still incorrect?” No Problem. I thanked Makayla for her patience and superb customer service, as she was attempting to satisfy me and argue on my behalf.” I asked the managers name and she whispered “Patricia”. Patricia should not manage your store. She is beyond rude and unprofessional. At no point did she render an apology or a resolve. I was not accommodated for my time wasted and my incorrect order. After Makayla confirmed my order time Patricia shrugged her shoulders and turned back to the chicken. Overall, my experience at the KFC drive-thru was a huge letdown. I will never be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
Not only was my experience at the KFC drive-thru a complete disaster in terms of food quality and missing ingredients, but the level of customer service was absolutely abysmal. Despite being the only person in line, the staff took so long to take my order that cars were coming and leaving the drive-thru before I even got my food.
It was embarrassing to be sitting there waiting for so long while other customers were served promptly. The lack of urgency and efficiency from the staff was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to me as a customer.
Overall, my visit to the KFC drive-thru was a complete nightmare and I will never be returning to this location again. The combination of subpar food quality, missing ingredients, and terrible customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid this KFC drive-thru...
