Pizza Pirate — Restaurant in Parlier

The staff here are some of the grumpiest we have encountered. No smiles, no warm welcomes, no happiness in sight. I thought maybe it's just us, but even the locals that came in got the same cold shoulder. Ok, if the pizza is killer, I don't care. But no, the pizza is mediocre at best. Cardboard like crust, so it's probably just frozen crust, definitely not hand tossed. Weak sauce and there were no seasonings on the pizza. No garlic of any sort was found or tasted on either pizza. They brought little containers of ranch and jalapenos, so I guess that's what other people do to get some flavor. We prefer to eat pizza that is tasty though, not dip cardboard into ranch. First time here. Pizza was delicious. My youngest normally doesn't eat the crust but he ate all of it. He also doesn't like too much sauce on the pizza. He said it was great! The seasoned fries were excellent. The texture was good: just the right amount of crisp/crunch on the outside and tender soft potaoe on the inside. The ranch went well with the fries although the texture was thin. They must only have 32 oz cups. We asked for water and they gave us lots of it. Thank you for a great first time...

Service Is Horrible. Two young male and female both are rude. Bought sides which I did not receive. May have been given to the next person after me. I got home and remembered I did not grab the bag containing my sides. The male basically said I put the bag on the counter and if I didn't get it then to bad. I obviously didn't receive my sides. If I did I would not have went back in. Did not offer to fix it. Definitely do not recommend. Needs to work on customer service and actually taking care of...
