I gave a "1' because I had to. I was at the Wagon Wheel on Sunday, June 12 in the evening, about 8 pm. I purchased the pull tab tickets. No big winners in the ones I purchased. I went back to purchase another $20. When my tickets were coming out, they changed from blue colored tickets to red colored tickets. This is a red flag that they are from an old game. I turned them over to check the number on the bottom and, in fact, they were not even the ticket numbers advertised on the machine. This means, they are offloading old tickets (which, by the way, all the big winners have been sold) to recoup THEIR money all to the unsuspecting public who may not know better. I went to the owner and demanded my money back for false advertising. The owner gave me my money back (thank God), but told me to leave and never return. Why? Because I called you out for being deceptive? I left and will never spend my money in a dishonest environment like that again. You should beware too. Now you know to check the numbers on the tickets too. If they don't match, they are swapping them out at your...
Read moreUPDATE Gave the place one more chance. Well the individual who was managing the place is no longer with the company, for apparent reasons I would assume. This time had great service, food, and our server was the best! We will be back Absolutely terrible service. Had to go to the bar to get my own beers, menu, napkins, silverware, condiments, and bill, why have a server? I cannot blame the waitress, she was running. Ask to speak to a manager, I was told that person was not there. Was told they were under new ownership. Training for management is definitely needed. They were somewhat busy, but I have been going there for many years and seen it much more busier and never had an issue. Took over 40 mins to get food and it was just warm, so obviously it was sitting. They just lost good...
Read moreI went to watch the cavs game Thursday, April 20th, and there was this seat I was waiting for but couldn't tell if someone had claimed it since there hand was on it. This other guy sat in it, and then left for over 45 minutes. I sat down, the score went from like 50-85: he tried to start a fight with me because he was a regular and it's "always his seat."
I at first said he was gone for over 45 minutes, but then didn't move or say anything as he pushed me and made a scene.
The bar staff asked me to get out the seat because they didn't want any trouble. I decided to leave period and closed out. The guy smack me in the back and pushed me and said "It's good I learned how to g be people respect."
It was a...
