Rustic Pub — Restaurant in Parma

Food wasn’t too bad, but the service was god awful. Two bartenders, one just vapes in front of customers, at the bar. The other one, well they both honestly don’t know how to serve and be timely. They honestly both suck terribly. Your job is to do customer service, and you do everything else but that… Counting down the drawer, wiping down the bar, with only 3-5 people sitting at the bar, but you literally have 4 full tables of 3-5 people each waiting for drinks when you have 2 bartenders.. Sorry not sorry but no excuse for that. Just awful. That just is horrible service, they both took forever to always come around, no excuse it really wasn’t that busy for a Friday. I’ve been a server myself and I know its not easy.. But those 2 women weren’t really working, they were just doing everything else but helping the 4 tables of people..First time I’ve been here and definitely will be the last too. I was excited for Bingo but these 2 women ruined the experience.. I don’t care about vaping but damn, be respectful… Take care of the patrons at this establishment before ripping into your vape.. Says a lot about the people they hire.. I won’t never ever recommend this place for anything! But...

3 years later... My friend and I been to this location once and had a great experience...yesterday not so much. The bartender was unfriendly and rude. She didn't greet us when we finally grabbed a seat just asked what we wanted. We knew from there this was not going to be a good visit. I asked her was the kitchen open her response, "what" in a nasty manner so I decided to say it slowly for her to understand and she says no. Totally fine! We finish our cocktail and pay our tab. My friend decided to write on the receipt to have better customer service, we leave. As we are in the parking lot a pasty, white male with a red hoodie comes out and flicks us off. I exchange the middle finger back to him. He quickly goes back in because he looks scared of us I wonder why! I will never come back to this bar. Such a shame. Hopefully the owner will take a look at the camera footage and hold her accountable for...

Decent food is about where the positivity ends here. Beer in cans is served well past their expiration date. Usually come here for bingo night, but after my recent experience, I won’t be back. My five friends arrived, took forever to get a foos order placed because the ONE bartender is working the entire place. After waiting an hour, I asked for the status of the food and Lisa tells me she never sent the order back to the cook. Food didn’t arrive till 95 minutes after ordering with no offering to discount the price. Lisa is a great bartender, but she can’t be everywhere at once and this is when mistakes happen. Because of this experience, 5 of my friends who joined me will never return. The owner needs to make major changes. Busy night require at least two people tending bar and making sure the tables get taken care of quickly. Also, the bottled and canned beer need to be checked and...
